I would leave zero stars if I could. Doordashed from here and my dasher informed that after 20 minutes he was still waiting on my food or any kind of communication. My dasher told me that him and two other dashers watched the employees put my food on the counter for over 10 minutes, which of course they so rudely denied and called the dasher a liar, and then proceeded to make him wait even longer after that. They told me that the food was never put on the counter and yet it showed up at my house cold and dried out, both the food and the behavior of the manager when I spoke to her was absolutely disgusting.
Prices are insanely high!! You can get twice the food at any other similar restaurant for 1/3 of the cost less!! Staff was so rude last visit I cancelled my order. They always forget sauces when you request them as well.
Haven't been here for over a year. They have raised their menu prices significantly. I was surprised how much they're now charging.
We was pulled forward .for fresh bacon. But took 15 minutes. Sorry but for 12.00 i could have done better. At home. Sorry. Got more onions than anything else. One small pickle. Until thinks gets better. We won't be back .thanks for trying.
Love A&W, but the staff they have right now isn't the best at getting your order right but Tuesdays are two papa burger meals for the price of one! Can't beat that?
Good food. Tuesdays buy one get one Pappa burger meals and they're good to and an excellent way to save money
Person taking order was impatient and seemed annoyed that we did not already know what we wanted. Then, after not having it offered, the dipping sauce had a big open hole in the top. Final straw was being given nothing to eat potatoes or coleslaw with.
This place has terrible service, they make you wait 30 minutes for a burger and onion rings and then only give you half a drink. They need to fix there issues or they won’t be in business anymore
Service is always super strange when I go through the drive through. We have witnessed the person taking our order stop mid order and yell "Take my picture! Okay now with the bag in my hand now with the bag." We would ask if she got our order and she would have us repeat it many of times. Unfortunately that isn't the only time that similar situation has occured. We are always sent to wait around the corner even when noone is there and often times many other vehicles are waiting around the corner as well to the point in which there is no room for anymore cars. When I have dined in I have witnessed the manager park next to the door leaving limited parking for patrons bringing in coffees interrupting the staff and the service making the wait time even more unbearable. I only give 2 stars because I truly love the food. The service needs a little T.L.C.
They are friendly but always leave something out of my order but prices are good!
