I went online to make sure they were open. We got there and the doors were locked with no sign saying it was closed. How awful-to keep your customers confused as to whether it's open or not ?
New owner super rude when I came in with a restaurant.com coupon I had purchased one day prior. Got nasty and snippy with us. The tables were sticky and gross and all The yogurt was runny, didn’t seem cold enough and topping choices were lacking a lot. I won’t be returning with new management.
They just ripped my 9 year old off!! Gave her $20 and she came back with ONE bowl of yogurt. She said they didn’t give her any change and said they didn’t have time to make two! I went over to ask them for my change and they REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY TEN DOLLARS! It’s sad when a company will rip off a child! Beware!!!
Not many options, in froyo or toppings. Zero fruit toppings when I went. Also find it a little unethical to charge for the weight of all the plastic containers they put toppings in.
Came in here for 3 smalls and some toppings, there were barley any flavorings and toppings, also no menu with prices. If ONLY I would’ve known how expensive it was I would’ve never bought. This place smells bad and their toppings are super old and stale such as candy, and pastries toppings. We had already put the ice cream in the bowls and got ready to scale then pay, the total WAS $35.99 FOR FROZEN YOGURT AND ONLY THREE? I do not recommend at all, save your money and buy a tub of ice cream and candy for $7 rather than paying here. Didn’t even taste like it was worth the price, I hope this place goes out of business and I regretted not reading reviews before buying.
Place is OK but I noticed they miss labeled their toppings. Their almonds is actually peanuts. They were all chopped up so you can't tell the difference. This may not be a big deal but if someone is allergic to peanuts but not almonds, this could be bad. If you are the store owner please note that this could be potentially bad.
My very best fastfoods in my opinion but their crews is not nice.
