Went in today with a friend to show her around Vancouver and we received a disgusting attitude from Wingstop's management. I politely told the staff something was wrong with the fountain machine. Every drink we tried just tasted off. I've worked in customer service for a few years now, so I spoke to them the way I would want to be spoken to, with respect. A woman with red hair came up telling us they filled the machine with corn syrup last night. I didn't understand what that meant as a response to my complaint, but I went with it. I could tell she was very dismissive about my complaint from the beginning. Then she started asking other customers, (very loudly) if their drinks tasted fine. The two boys answered "yes" then she turned to me and said, "Everyone says it taste fine" before walking to the back again. I decided I wasn't going to drink from the fountain, especially after the rude interaction. She went back there complaining to another coworker that she'll just refund the entire meal. I don't believe she knew everyone could hear her, so she just refunded my drink back to me. I realized she wasn't refunding it back to my card either so she just gave me cash. I told her I needed to do a complete refund of my meal and my friends. She said, "You want to refund the whole thing?!" I told her yeah. She did the refund without saying a word or giving eye contact. We told them to have a nice day and walked out. We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings across the street and received better service. I'm assuming they've had issues with their machine before because of the "corn syrup" response she gave me, but I know to never come back to this Wingstop again. The staff were okay, but the management needs a change immediately.P.S: She gave us too much money back for the refund so we just used it as a tip at Buffalo.

Not the best wings, not the best sauce, but pretty good sides. Honestly, the wings here are depressing. Even when ordered extra crispy, you can expect them to be rather rubbery. The sauces are nothing to write home about, unless you are writing home to request your mom sends you a good sauce to put on their mediocre wings. The sides are their saving grace. Even though it's usually overcooked and dry, the Cajun corn is delicious! The fries are tasty, but be sure to request a little extra crispy or they can be underdone.Overall, I couldn't recommend this as a wing place as there are several better options in close proximity.

We love Wing Stop, we frequent it more than I'd like to admit which is why I am so disappointed with how disappointed I am. We spent nearly $50 on dinner, half way through our meal, my husband was curious what the Atomic tasted like and wanted a sample to see if we'd like it for next time. We were told "no." I was baffled, "no? I can't have a small sample to try?" Again, the response was, "no." So we asked what it tasted like and was given an answer as "it's the most spicy." Well... yes, we know, but what kind of spicy?Sorry. There's a million places to dine out, I'll go somewhere that will accommodate and encourage business to return.

My husband and I place an online order which ended up being a huge mistake. They charged us twice and out of bbq sauce. After a few calls going back and forth we decided to cancel. They said they went to the store and got more sauce and can complete our order. By then we already made other arrangements. The store manager was very rude and not understanding, she spoke with both of this. There was no acknowledgement of my frustration. On top of all that we have to wait 7-10 day for a refund. Totally absurd situation. Poor customer service on there part.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our food, but when we got it, it was barely lukewarm so it seems like they just forgot about it (was definitely sitting for a while) because we heard them say something about sauces (that mayched our orders) yet didnt get the food until like 20 min later. The fries were old, cold, and SUPER salty (so salty they were inedible). Chicken was cold. Rolls were old, cold, and not soft at all. I would've did a survey, but wasn't given a receipt (probably for a reason). Very poor quality for how pricey the food is. Definitely don't recommend this location at all.

All the staff members are kind and hard workers. Their orders are on time and I didn't have to wait that long. Keep up the great work, and I look forward stopping by again. I also recommended it to my girlfriend and she enjoyed it. Thank you all and I hope you guys don't stress too much on your busy days!

I find this Wingstop location to be faster than the other Wingstop in Vancouver, with the same good flavor selection for both fries and wings. The quality of my wings has been consistent, and the fries remained crispy even during the car ride. I like Wingstop because it's cheap and you get a good deal for what you pay. Would definitely come here again if I'm craving some garlic parmesan boneless chicken.

Ordered their thigh bites-family bundle meal and wasn’t impressed. Thigh bites were extremely salty, and tough to consume. Fries were soggy, and the cajun seasoning was too sweet for my liking. The only item I thought was worth ordering again was their rolls, and cheese dip.Overall, WingStop was a bust—total waste of food and money bc the rolls were the only item I could stomach. Tough to compete with B-Dubz across the street, but I’d rather pay the extra money for something worth consuming.

The first time I had this it was great. I then told my mom about it and ordered food a second time. Food was delivered and half my wing order was incorrect. See photos. I ordered garlic parm wings and I received plain grease filled wings. I called to ask for a refund on the wing portion ( I paid for delivery) all they could offer was to remake my wings and 5 free boneless wings but I’d need to pick up (why did I pay for delivery if I had to go to the store anyways?). I declined asked to speak to a manager. They said she would call me that evening. By 8 pm I had not received a called and called the store back. They said she’d call me tomorrow between 9a-12. Tomorrow is now today, no call. I called a third time. Manager isn’t working today. So she texted me. Highly inappropriate but good for proof when it comes to customer service. See message. Wing Stop, again, offered to remake my wings. At this point I want a full refund for their mistake and time it’s taken to deal with. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
