Door dash would not let me order boneless wings and the night crew gladly wrote down my information to make them boneless when the order came through. When I received my order they were bone-in but when I called the store back they were awesome and realized the mistake. I went back and the night crew was extremely friendly and remade all of my order to be hot and correct. After getting home I realized the crew had made my 8 piece order into a much larger order as a way to make my night. I had a very tough week and this crew made it a lot better. Good job!

I ordered online and came in a half hour later. They said i'll have to wait a couple minutes. 15 minutes later she says it will be a couple minutes again. I waited there for 40 minutes. 3 customers came in to order and the employee turned them away by saying there were backed up and would be a long wait. Door dash drivers and sitting there waiting too. I get home and missing an item. They need to get their act together. It's a mess over there. It would be cool if the employees at least wore gloves and washed their hands when after handling money.

Called to place an order for pickup was told I couldn’t do hot lemon for pickup so I did delivery get my order and still had no hot lemon I call them and Dakota decides to tell me what he “ SPECIFICALLY “ did when I’m literally looking at my food. Only leaving this because he instead of apologizing he decided to tell me what he specifically did as if I wasn’t looking at it & it’s not a sprinkle in sight. Call it petty but customer service is everything.

Rude employees. Watched them greet some customers but ignore others. And what is this?! The wing may as well get up and fly at this point! Won’t be back.

I ordered wings with bone in them they came out they looked good until I bit into them it was very dry and hard on the outside ended up cracking my tooth I do not recommend

Ordered online, was advised food would be ready in 16-21 minutes, drove 25 minutes out here. And when we went in to get our order they advised us it would be ready in another 15 minutes. Took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge we were in there. Maybe don’t advertise that food will be ready in a certain amount of time or give yourself double the suggested time since clearly what they say isn’t when it will be done.

Well I love wings, I always went to buffalo wild wings. But this time 2/6/22 I had to go and try these. Not crazy about the boneless wings, the bone in are good size and well cooked. The fries too salty. I also tried the loaded fries. Less salty but nothing to wow me.One of my pep peeves is going to a restaurant, sitting waiting 20 minutes in, people come in to order to ho. And end up having their food alot faster then us. And it was a large order. So to me me is annoying. I only noticed it because the restaurant is small and we were the only ones dinning in. 3 others ordered to go and got their food as well before us. A total of 4 customers got their food ahead of us. Not cool.Food you guys are is good.

We stopped in and ordered wings and boneless wings to eat in the restaurant. Food was good, spice on the wings was good. I ordered extra crispy and they were cooked perfect.I do have to give a shout out to the gentleman working the front. While there a lady came in without a mask. He professionally explained it was company policy to wear a mask while in store. He was very polite. She began a childish rant about how she was going to sue HIM for refusing service. It was ridiculous. She was way out of line.. Again the employee did a phenomenal job maintaining his positive attitude and handled it like a pro.

After waiting an hour and a half for a small order it was completely wrong. Incorrect sauce on my wings, NO RANCH and the wrong drink. After calling and asking for a manager, someone got on the phone and pretended to be the manager, would not give me his name and said the only way to get credit is to bring the food back!! Do these look like a dry rub? One of them was even raw :(

SLOWEST SERVICE- We ordered at 12:50 with a max order ready time of 63 minutes. We arrived at 1:50 and waited another 40 minutes before food was ready.Half the food was sitting so long it was not hot. To nearly wait an additional full estimated prep time and get food that is not hot and pay over $80.I may not give up wingstop but I doubt I would ever return to this location.
