The restaurant, like most, is short of staff, resulting in slower than usual service. The waiter was friendly and helpful.
We waited 35 minutes for our meals, party of 6. Waitress didnât check in with any updates When we received our food, you could tell that the food was sitting under the lamp, due to how hot the plates were. Fries were luke warm, burgers the same. Didnât enjoy it. Probably will not be coming back to Twigs.
We met up with friends & so enjoyed the patio! Great service & the food was great!
The waitress was very nice. Did not have to wait at all to get our food. Crab Mac & Cheese was great. Halibut was a bit dry but otherwise really good. Great drinks. We had the donuts for dessert were fantastic.
Alecia was our waitperson. She was excellent. We loved the food and the venue. We love Twigs. Our favorite restaurant in Vancouver.
View of the Columbia fantastic ⦠service was excellent.
A bit disappointed to be honest. Great location, nice dining area/bar. We sat outside on the terrace which was quite pleasant. Service was attentive, prompt, and professionalâno issues whatsoever. The food was mediocre and I expected better for the price. Both fish dishes were overcooked and dry with little sauce to make up for it. The burger was also overcooked but edible. Fries were very good. Beet salad was ok but nothing special. Flatbread appetizer was very good and cocktails were excellent. I would possibly return for happy hour drinks and apps but probably not for dinner again.
Even though there were plenty of open tables a group of four was seated right next to us; they were so loud we couldnât have a conversation at our table.
The food was good, as always. It was early Saturday evening, and busy. The servers were pleasant, but service was pretty slow and it was really loud in there. I have been in several times before and didnât notice it being so loud.
Out dinner at Twigs was lovely. The good here is always terrific. The back area was definitely a little loud but tolerable. Overall Twigs never disappoints.
