Ordered a bakers dozen for Delivery and they did not disappoint. So fluffy and soft. I've been looking for a great donut in Vancouver for a while and I am so happy with what we got tonight! Will definitely be back!

Christmas Eve night my wife and I realized we didn't have anything to eat for really breakfast so I hopped on door dash and looked up donuts and Tonallis popped up. They were open Christmas Eve, there for us when we needed them. Ordered a bakers choice and the donuts are amazing. Very happy and will be ordering here anytime we need donuts in the future.
Once a month I buy donuts for my crew. I could go buy cheap donuts, but I choose to buy them at Tonallis' for the quality and awesome service.
I have gone in several times and honestly have not had the best of service. Most of the time if you ask the employees a question they always tell me they don't know. I have stopped by a few time during business hours and there is a sign on the door that they will be right back but who knows what time that will be.Then I placed an order online about a month ago for a custom donuts as they promote that they do that and since I had not heard from them I went in to confirm and the gal there did not have any clue as to what was going on or even how a custom donut order is placed. Then she told me that if I have not heard back from them then they probably choose not to do my order. This is by far the worst service, if you are taking custom orders and you are not able to fulfill them a courtesy email or call would be appreciated so that your customer can find something else.Now I do agree that their donuts are probably the best and that is why I have gone back several times but I think at this point I will start gong else where as service to me is just as important as the quality of what you are selling.
