The food was okay.Brisket was juicy and delicious.Bbq sauce was bland and tasted watered downPotato salad, phenomenal! But didn't need the olive.Cornbread was so dry!The plate garnishes threw me off... raw onion, pickled onion and a pickle... odd choiceThe beer choice was okay. Canadian beer is much better.Now let's talk about the 300 flies buzzing around. Figure it out guys... bug zippers fly strips...something...it's gross
Really tasty food and wonderful service. Brisket and beer was the perfect combination. Country type of relaxed feel.
The brisket is melt in your mouth. The pork is tender with great flavoring. Large portions. There is some outdoor seating.
the place is nice. the staff are freindly and prompt. Good drinks and appietizers. thats the end of the good . The mains are bad , sausage has collegen casings, the brisket was so steamed it was wet not juicy , wet. the ribs were rubbery. you could do better buying costco ribs, sausage, and burt ends. So back to the big crowds at famous dave's. I was hoping for better
This place is truly a gem! Not only was the food exquisite, but the staff was extremely engaging and friendly. Highly recommend The Fatty and the smoked Jalapeno poppers but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I love this place. I can't wait to tell all my friends back home about it!
Fun place to stop in for a drink or good BBQ. They know how to make good wood fired BBQ. And their side dished are excellent too!!
Well can’t say this was my favorite, esp for the price. We were staying at the Hilton across the street and decided to try to the pulled pork platter, was sad to see the pork came with no bbq sauce. I wasn’t asked either, when I came to pick up the food if that was something idk like to add, I naturally thought it would be either on the pork or on the side. Other than that the flavor was ok but really would’ve enjoyed far more with some sauce. They forgot the bread it was supposed to come with also. The Mac and cheese tasted weird and wasn’t my cup of tea and o found the beans inedible they looked and tasted pretty bad. I gave them 3 stars but I really wasn’t thrilled about the food. The staff was very nice though and the service was fast. However wasn’t a fan of the food really. I ate $50 worth of food, and couldn’t eat either sides and the pork had no sauce so pretty bland without it. I wish it was less expensive I wouldn’t be so bummed about the experience
Smelled and smiled and went on in. Great local treasure. I had the all meat red chili and watch the food go at. Efficient staff and great service. Fair prices. Highly recommended and I do like my barbecue! Q
Chopped brisket sandwich with mac n cheese. The bun was delicious, slapped some mac n cheese on my sandwich and gobbled it up! Huckleberry lemonade with vodka was very good, couldn't really taste the vodka, could go either way with that. Service and atmosphere get kinda hectic during peak hours, plan accordingly.
Excellent food options and very tasty. Definitely share if you can so you can taste everything and sit up at the booth in front of the kitchen. Fun to watch the masters do there thing. Staff is friendly but we never was asked how our food was or checked on...not a biggy as they were busy. Will go back and recommend ?
