I was relaxing and drinking my beer looking around and enjoying just seeing people interact when the security guard apparently was jealous or something and said to stop looking at his "friend " which was nit appropriate, i was actually looking past them at the pool tables.. i will never go back to this place.. insulted
Honestly, didn't walk in! We noticed markers in the parking lot and didn't feel safe.May try another day?
Wow! Friday night 6pm there are more crickets than customers, 6 customers to be exact. It was only until I received the bill, $10 for a shot of Screwball! Bartender was great, if you are going for the service, go for it!
Garbage service. Friday night, place is dead, bartenders make last call at 1:25, cant be bothered to pour a beer after that. What a joke. This place is dead.
I enjoyed this bar/ tavern. They have a wide selection of beers and two pool tables. Their food is very good and moderately priced.
I’d say a solid 3. Friendly bartender but when calling to place a pickup order it was an awkward experience. “Me: hello?, Offramp: hi. Me: is this Offramp Bar?, Offramp: oh yeah! Yes. Me: okay…”. The food I tried was mediocre, pretzel sticks were over cooked and didn’t include the cheesy dipping sauce. Marinated steak bites were mushy with onions cooked with it, but the flavor wasn’t bad. Nothing was bad enough to make me avoid this place in the future, but will be trying different menu items. Or maybe just their drinks…
Extremely sad that this business has security who is beyond disrespectful, racist and is out doing drugs every 5 minutes instead of watching the door. What kind of look is that for a bar me and my family have been coming to for years? Just sad! Won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend it when that security is there!
The outside area is amazing in the cold weather. Great menu options and quality of the food was worth the visit. Had a great time.
The door guy was very rude.I been to this bar the same night there was a shooting an hour later. To not allow Oregonians in seems prejudice.
attempted to order lunch for my coworkers and i via doordash. my order went through, but was given a call by my door dasher an hour later that my order was canceled because Off-ramp doesn’t offer doordash services. called this place 10+ times to see wtf was going on considering i was still getting updates that my order was being fulfilled and my eta was 15 minutes, but no answer. physically left work (because i needed a BLT that badly), went to the establishment, let them know what was going on and they were unwilling to compensate for A.) my time and B.) their unsympathetic apology and how easy they were to blame doordash for their mistake. the doorman was nice and sincere, but the bartender was unprofessional and continued to talk to other customers while i was asking her questions. would not recommend this place due to service… i’m sure the food might be great, but my experience was not.
