Did not know this little gem was hidden here! Best Eggs Benedict I have had in quite some time! Loved the Yukon Gold home potatoes, fresh parsley...great presentation . Strawberry Minosa was made with puree and so yummy. Clean restaurant, cool vibe like old time diner. Great friendly staff....you should really stop in!
The Diner is a solid addition to Vancouver breakfast establishments with the added twist of being for a good cause. Instead of tips, you leave donations to help support Meals on Wheels People. The food is good, though nothing special. They were not super busy early on a Saturday morning which was nice! Service was very good.

This place was great. Friendly staff. Simple menu. Eggs Benedict and breakfast platter were fantastic. Best breakfast I've had in a really long time. Coffee was delicious and fresh even at 130 pm. We weren't rushed at all even though they close at 3. The bathrooms are all gender and clean. I appreciate places like this. I'll be returning asap.

Excellent service, food and prices. Took my family here and everyone liked everything they ordered- Salmon Benedict, Pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy. Definitely will be back here. Outstanding all around.
Outstanding service. Food for the most part was really good. Eggs could have been a bit warmer but the biscuit, bacon and sausage were some of the best I’ve ever had. Even the fruit was sweet and tasty, not an easy thing to do when it’s out of season. Cute place, too.
I really want to love this place. I love the theme, appreciate the mission and the employees were super nice. Chicken fried steak was bland, breading soggy, and meat was super tough. Potatoes needed cooked longer. Very oily and no crunch. They were decent dinner potatoes but just not on par for breakfast. I really enjoyed the biscuit but the gravy was way too sweet and had no real amount of seasoning. I will return to try some other menu items but my first impression was lackluster.

The Diner is my hubby's and my favorite place for breakfast. I only have to say "Let's go out for breakfast" and we're on our way. The menu is a perfect blend of the simple (me - Traditional Small) and the delightful (hubby - Eggs Benedict). Jeri The Manager has been there since pre-Covid and continues to manage a great crew! Yesterday, Sam was our waitperson. You knew she was an experienced waitperson: she took care of us above and beyond what we asked for! Yes, The Diner benefits Meals on Wheels!
