Hopefully it was just a one time experience but we had stale food that was microwaved to death. Granted there was only one poor worker there.

It would be nice if they opened when they are suppose to. Second time I went there when the mall was open and they were closed. You lost my business.
Vancouver mall. Mall food prices but hot and fresh as can be (for fast food)

Way better than taco bell
There was a way I could put zero Stars I would, the first time I went to this restaurant they did not wear gloves and prepared my food and I got extremely sick afterward. They did refund my money but when I tried going back the next time to talk to the manager and possibly order something the manager was very rude and said all I want is free food from their restaurant. I will never be coming back here the customer service is horrible I have over $4,000 in the bank there's no reason why I need free food. I will also be reporting them to the correct people.
Nothing to complain about. Faster service than a lot of the other eateries at the food court, and interaction with the cashier is minimal, which I don't really mind as an introvert. Pretty standard food for a Taco Time, and I'm addicted to their crispy chicken burritos anyway.
Unfortunately the cashier was not very friendly but food was good and order was correct.Their burritos are some of the best fast food quality
I love the hot sauce at taco time. Sometimes I would go there just to get a bottle of the hot sauce.
