Order the authentic food. This isn't a Chinese American fast food establishment like Panda ExpressThis is a Szechuan restaurant. The Szechuan items are going to be the best on the menu.I've only eaten here once, but we intend to go again (takeout) today or tomorrow.I love the sticky rice dessert. My partner loves the pork belly and lamb.

Wow! There IS good Chinese food to be found in Vancouver, WA. We tried 4 different dishes and found the flavorings to be very well balanced and tasty. I am more than happy to pay a little bit more for quality food but it was well worth it. On the other hand, if you are looking for cheaper, "Americanized Chinese" that goes heavy on the soy and sugar, this is not the place for you.

We really enjoyed the food here - far superior to any other place around! We had chicken fried rice, hot and sour soup, wontons and honey walnut chicken. All were fantastic! Highly recommend!

The food I had here tasted nothing like most Chinese food in the US taste like. I ordered General Tso's chicken. I don't think it had breading on it and it was very dry, hardly any sauce on it. Also there was no rice to go with it. I may go again and try something else but definitely not any of the chicken with sauce dishes I'm used to. 2 stars as service and pot stickers were good.

I want to like this place but I’ve ordered twice and been disappointed both times. Both times the food has lacked any flavor. The quality of ingredients is there but the food just doesn’t taste like anything. This time they forgot part of my order and the orange sauce I got was unlike any orange sauce I’ve seen. It had bits of burnt sauce floating in it.

VERY good food!!!We ordered the combination chow mein, beef with broccoli and chicken with assorted vegetables.Veggies were cooked perfectly with a bit of crunch still, meat was tender and everything WAS NOT drowned in gravy which was a welcome finding. Also, rice is NOT included which is also nice.To Go Only! They're quick, efficient and very friendly. We just moved to the area and already we found the best Chinese place right here!!

This is the rip off restaurant. They over-charged me for 4 dishes that have very small amount food. The owner was reluctant to give me the itemized price for each dish since there were some people lining up to pick up. She just gave me a lump sum price. They are able to provide the sit-in service, but they did not. Why? In this way, they can earn more money without washing dishes and paying more the utility bills.Respond to the owner's reply: Almost restaurants in Vancouver have been open for dine-in services since June 30, 2021. Your excuse is nonsense. You should look into every single transaction that you have charged to every customer of yours.I live in Vancouver, Washington. Don't remind me the sales tax. You have over-charged me for something that you did not tell me in the first place or when I checked out. That was the rip-off. No need to give me my full name to you.

Unfortunately this is the worst Chinese food my husband and I have had... the orange chicken sauce tasted nothing like orange and had no flavor. Same with the sweet and sour. We also tried the chicken chow mein and it was literally like noodles cooked in oil and nothing else. I'm not that picky with chow mein, but I mean it literally had no flavor to it. Like they completely forgot to add any sauce. Fried rice is generally hard to mess up, but it was also inedible and lacking all flavor. The only part that was fine was the chicken itself, but again. The dipping sauces were inedible, so we were unable to eat the meal. What was also unfortunate and disappointing was they refused to issue a refund because we ordered online even though the meal was inedible. $60 down the drain on food we couldn't eat. I would be wary of trying out this place.

Authentic Szechuan food! Only place in town that makes legitimately spicy Chinese food so be careful when you order. Try the chicken with pickled chili and order it extra hot....be prepared to sweat and enjoy every second of it!

As background, I am a stickler for authentic Chinese food, which means taste is most important and service is least important. As a first generation Chinese American, and as a person who has been to Sichuan, this place is legit. In fact, the food here is better than a lot of what I had in Sichuan. Yes, Vancouver, WA isn't a hub for authentic Chinese food, but this is one exception. In the past, I didn't "like" Sichuan food (this is before I went to Sichuan). But it turns out, it's just that I didn't the Sichuan food in Portland. When I came to Szechuan Brothers, it made me realize how good Sichuan food can be. In my opinion, this place is better than all the spots in Portland, and is worth driving to from PortlandNon-Chinese people, please do yourself a favor and not order the typical Chinese-American fare like orange chicken. My top 2 dishes to get are the fried pork spare ribs and the roast fish.
