Our go to sushi place was closed due to air conditioning problems. Google the next closest place! Quick! Ah…Sushi Factory! By the mall!We found sushi factory to be much cleaner over all. We liked having the wasabi and ginger brought to the table and not dipping in from a rarely washed table container touched by dozens of diners…and children. Covid or not, it’s always bothered me.We found the quality and quality of the the sushi much better. Price wise, about what we spent at our usual place, but larger pieces and rolls. We all agreed. This is going to become our ‘new’ usual sushi place. And, it’s a tad closer, and nearer to other places we might want to stop at.

Honestly the quality of this place has MAJORLY gone downhill. I know that sushi isn’t meant to be cheap, nor would i want to eat cheap sushi but I was charged $20 for 5 pieces of sushi. HUGE disappointment opening my tiny container finding that! I also ordered a side of seaweed salad and a side of squid salad, I received MAYBE 1/4 of a cup of each. They also put them in the same container so all of the liquid from the seaweed salad went all over the squid. I would absolutely not waste my money at this establishment.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My family and I have been coming here for the past 7 years and we have always loved it until they switched owners a few years back. The quality of the food and the customer service has just gone downhill since then. Every time I try to make a to-go order they always mess it up and trying to get a server your table is almost impossible. Today I told my server that the salmon on my filly roll wasn't tasting quite right. (Maybe it sat to long?) and they argued with me about how it was fine. The cook started stomping around and showing me the salmon. It was really unprofessional and embarrassing on their behalf. And they still charged me for the funky salmon plate. Sad to say I will never be coming back. Don't waste your time or money coming here.

Good sushi. Has the conveyor belt rotate around the prep area so the chefs can place the dishes directly on the line. Plates range from $2.75 to $4.25 for 2-4 pieces of sushi. The selection is better during dinner hours vs. lunch but it's still offers good options. It also offers fresh fruit, jello cups, cheese cakes and bottled juices and sodas. They do have a menu so you can see exactly what each dish is made of and you can do other dishes to be special ordered. We probably go in once a month and eat. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained.

Decent conveyor-belt style sushi spot. It's always stocked with a good variety of plates. Vibe and presentation are ok. No real complaints, they're are just better spots.

I liked this place when my wife brought me here the first time. Then, today 05.19.2022 me and my wife went again. I noticed the sushi chef's are not replacing there gloves and reused the same gloves over and over again. Then, one of them scratched his back neck while the gloves on. Then, touched the food. ?????. Noticed after he went to the bathroom he grabbed his used gloves from his pocket and reused it again. GROSS! ????. Told my wife that I was very disappointed and not coming back at this sushi place. Very very Unsanitary! Even the servers are not replacing the gloves either.

UPDATE MAY 2022----Convenient sushi-go-round . Good variety and tastier than most sushi-go-rounds.Recommended!Decent service.Plenty of parking.Inexpensive.

The waitress is very rude. They have a price on the menu, but the food is too expensive when you pay. It should be $2 dl but it comes out with 5 dl more. They don't let you enjoy the food, they almost take you out of the restaurant. First time and the last one.

Food is okay, you will not get a poisoning, but they put cheap crab imitation in every sushi for extra "weight". However, the most awful is service. I would highly not recommend it, there is 1 nice lady there, all the other ones are just the rudest. If you don't want your lunch/dinner be ruined, don't come there

I've given this place a few tries just to be sure but can wholeheartedly say after multiple orders being wrong, bad guacamole, sushi that falls apart when I try and grab it, bad service inside, but tbh this time was the worst (terrible service, no soy sauce in take out, no chop sticks, half my order is wrong, and what they managed to get right falls apart like an guy with Alzheimer's rolled the sushi) so I've decided to take future business elsewhere wouldn't recommend to anyone coming here especially not take out
