Sushi Chiyo has been one of my favorite sushi spots since before covid and I'm very glad they have been able to survive when so many restaurants weren't able to make it. And honestly, even though I do enjoy conveyor belt service, the fresh, made-to-order plates are a bit higher quality, in my opinion.The sushi is very well made with fresh ingredients at reasonable prices.The staff is always friendly and give quick service while maintaining a clean and comfortable dining room.
Incredible selection. Fresh tasting sushi. Priced well! Lots of gluten free options! The baked mussels was off the hook! The avocado rolls were delish! Loved the tamago! Def my new fave spot!
Great quality food for the cheap prices you pay, and they have a good selection of sushi, appetizers, and entrees. Service is excellent and they are willing to make accommodations for requests. I would highly recommend their tempura and calamari, especially with spicy mayo! Conveyor belt has been closed due to COVID, but the food still comes to you quickly, even there are a lot of people dining inside. Would definitely recommend this place, one of the best sushi restaurants in town.
Good food and reasonable prices, nice environment and friendly servers. Do not recommend for people with allergies, especially to gluten. Rolls are all served on one plate and staff is not very knowledgeable about what contains gluten / what does not. They do offer gluten free soy sauce but as for the dishes themselves I was told “I don’t know” by everyone I asked.
Reasonable price, decent quality. No raving. Always slow and ordering ahead doesn't chsnge that. I still go back because it is convenient and their seaweed salad is slightly better than average. I tried ordering from their web site that connects to an App and instead of telling me they never noticed the order after I explained several times where and how I ordered, the manager had me wait, and that few minutes was over a half hour, which in total was over an hour since I ordered. Overall, that meant my order was inedible when I was able to eat it because I had to put it in my car and do what I was late for. Hugely disappointing. I won't use their web site to order, again. This review is after two years of semi-regular visits.
Really tasty, my fiance loves this place, whenever we are In town and want sushi this is where we go. It doesn't matter if you are new to sushi or you know what you like. They have it so you can taste new food without spending too much as well. they have good prices and and nice people. They don't enforce masks but the conveyer belt they usually have running is not on I'm assuming for health reasons.
Service has sprinted downhill. Ordered when we sat down and there was no wait so should not have been a problem.Waited 20 minutes, saw another couple arrive, still no food. The other couple was served and almost done eating after another 20 minutes, still no food for us.We asked the server about our calamari order. She says she would check on it and returned with TWO calamari to-go orders in her hands and said it would just be a second... Still no food.Ten more minutes (yes we are timing this because we are hungry and have been coming here multiple times a week for years) and still no food, no calamari, no eye contact.We asked another person about our food. They go to look for our order. We wait another five minutes and still no response, eye contact, or anything.It has now been an hour. Many people have come and left with takeout. We still have no food.Guess I'm having Thai tonight. Disappointing.... I'm now looking for a new sushi place if you have any recommendations lmk...
We ordered rice to start. Their rice preparation is excellent! Food was fresh, flavorful and most important it was nicely balanced. The staff was nice, polite, effecient and I found the prices very reasonable. I may be a little biased as I've been here multiple times but after 4 positive experiences in a row its time to leave a good review and recommend you eat... anything. Its all high quality.
I love this sushi, and it is more affordable than other sushi places. I always order take out, or have it delivered. They are very popular, so always busy. Expect a wait time, but it's ok with me since I'm just waiting at home. Yum yum!
Absolutely best sushi place in the area. The only complaint I have is every time we’ve ordered pick up it’s at least 30-45 minute late from the time they say it’s “ready”. I’m thinking there are some issues to work out through their ordering systems.
