Horrible customer service by 5939 employee. I walked in and saw a sign about everyone being short staffed to be nice to employees but they also need to get the memo to employees because I walked in in good mood but walked out with a different kind of feeling. He did not greet, just mumbled something when I walked up, I thought he was ready for my order but when I started ordering he said if you're not picking up I have all that and points to a long receipt. I sat down to wait, not sure for how long, then he randomly says what bread? As I started my order he was throwing food onto the sandwich. I wanted to cancel my order a couple times because of his attitude. If he doesn't want to be there then leave but don't work with that attitude and expect customers to be nice. When this Horrible service was over I asked for managers phone number, he told me he can't give it to me, told me I can call in the morning.

great people great food I've come in since before covid started and I've watched customers increasingly get ruder threatening them with guns and bluntly lying about something on their sandwich saying it wasn't there when they showed them and I could see it was, they have been mistreated and still keep their heads up the entire time this crew does absolutely amazing and should get the credit they deserve. well done

Had an awesome experience here! Love the workers and Meagan works super hard to make the store so pleasant! Jada is an awesome employee and makes it so enjoyable to come get a sandwich! I Will always come back! Johnny is quick with the sandwich making and gives his all every time I’ve been to the store. Super happy about this subways employees effort!

This Subway is my favorite, Logan, Jada, and the manager (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) are awesome! They all deserve a raise! I will always recommend this subway to anyone who asks!EDIT: Johnny was actually the person who I have been dealing mostly with. He is awesome!!!

Bread was too hard, wasn't labeled, and definitely tasted stale. Mind you I work at Subway and this isn't how it's done. Fix what's wrong or something cause I'll never order from this location again.

What a terrible service!!! I just ordered a sandwich and they made it way way to spicy. So I asked for new one and they refuse to make me. I was so shocked and the manager started to threat me that I need to leave the place or she will call the police. Never going back their again.

Whoever the girl was working the adore yesterday on December the 30th who claims to be the manager needs to be FIRED. She doesn't know how to handle the online order process and because of her own mistake yesterday she mistreated a customer. Then cancel that customers order, and had another employee take that customers license plate number down. That same customer left and went to the Subway on Cher Road and had a great experience with the staff there. If you pull the video footage you'll see that the woman was mistreated and she has sent 2 or 3 emails.  Which in my opinion means the ownership must also be as horrible as that staff member. Those sandwiches the the supposed manager canceled WERE FOR CHILDREN. I don't even live out there anymore and this made me mad enough from Kentucky to leave a review.  If MEAGAN was who was working I would suggest the owner of this store check the footage

They made mine and my moms sandwich wrong we called them and they said to come back in and they’ll take a look they said that they were made properly when my moms boyfriend has worked for subway before the manger who’s name she said was “Megan” started to cuss at me and my family. She has no manners and in my family’s opinion she should not be a manager if she is going to be talking to customers like that.

Always low staffed takes 20+ mins to get through the line/ runs out of food.. horrible customer service. I'm only giving them 1 star because they had 1 person working during lunch hour and even though she had a full line and online orders she did a great job. Next visit two workers during lunch. They rudely kicked out everyone who tried to come in so they could restock instead of just asking the customers to wait and bad mouthed the people who create the schedule

I get the rotisserie chicken bowls here with pretty much everything, warm the chicken, add guacamole (it’s extra $), salt/pepper, oil/vinegar and honey mustard sauce — it’s DELICIOUS. This Subway in particular always does such a great job mixing the bowl/ingredients, and giving generous portions. I love the people that work here—they are definitely trying. It sad they have to deal with a hangry crowd that isn’t always kind. Be kind, because karma keeps notes.
