Don’t go here past 9:00pm. THEY DO NOT WANT YOU THERE! Even though this place is open until 10 PM like they advertise. Walked in at 9:20 was treated with “ Our oven is off for the night so we’re doing any toasted subs“ as the woman is begrudgingly making the mans sandwich in front of me. He tells her it’s almost over to which she replies “ I’m about to go over there and turn off the open light we shouldn’t be open this late.”. Whatever I get it, not a problem then it’s my turn to order sandwiches and she tells me I can’t make modifications to any of my sandwiches They are pre-set. plus they were out of everything apparently for the night. A door dasher came in to pick up an order and she told them the same thing and didn’t make their sandwiches.
We like this location. Fast and courteous employees is nice. Everything fresh is a big plus.
My sub maker is the best! Fiery red head named hannah she has the best energy and is so kind every time I see her! She makes them so good, I let her make my sandwich every time and it always comes out so yummy! I live next to 5 other subways but I will aways go out of my way to come to this one to see my favorite employee!
The food is as you would expect, restrooms need repairs but are still completely functional. Might need new staffing, pleasant to talk to and fast to get what needs to be done done but lack knowhow when something out of the ordinary arises. Can hold you back several minutes just to call a supervisor and figure out what's going on.
Server did not miss a beat when I had 4 kids with me and ordered 5 sandwiches, even though he was all alone with no help.
Cecil was the sandwich maker and I must say bread brush and soft veggies fresh and crisp. It was prob the best sandwich I have had from a subway in a very long time ty Cecil for a 5 star sandwich dwich

This is by far the best subway ever! The employees are always very friendly, and the food is always perfect! Very clean restaurant, and delicious cookies! I totes recommend!
I love sandwiches and I love subway but I never found a subway that made my perfect sandwich until I came here. Hannah made me an awesome sandwich with salami and provolone and it was delicious, I don’t think that I’m going to any other Portland Metro subway again. It was incredible! Thanks Ms. Hannah! ?
Today, I met Hannah, and she single-handedly made a 2.5 hr drive worth it! She is intuitive and careful and has a TON of enthusiasm! Great job and great sandwich, Hannah.
