The staff had good customer service and the restaurant was very clean.

I called this place 6 times to cancel an order I was unable to get and no one ever answered so now I’m out of money and even when I called subway customer support I still got no help! Terrible service would not recommend.

I pulled up for curbside pickup. I let the app know I was there it said an associate would be out shortly. I waited in my car, I'm disabled so going in is very difficult, there were an older couple being waited on. After they sat down it took another seven minutes for someone to bring out my order. If I could have walked in I would have been able to order my sandwiches and left in the amount of time it took to get me food from the time it was done until it was handed to me.

Great sandwiches! Only wished they stayed warm enough to make it home warm.

I came in with a friend on our way home, it was about 12:45-12:50am 2/25/22, this location closes at 1. While we are there the sandwhich artist doesn’t acknowledge us at all as she tends to her current customer. Not even a “hi welcome to Subway”, absolutely nothing. Granted we’re last minute and I can understand her frustrations in that moment, but I also know customer service and Subway policy. Once she finally acknowledged us I asked her if I can use the restroom and she says we only have 4 minutes, and I understand, it’s fine and am ready to give this gal my order but then instead of letting me order she starts telling us we need to leave the store and it’s an emergency as some lady walks in that was dropped off by and Uber and ushered into the back by the employee?! I highly suggest you check the cameras and somebody look into the situation that occurred tonight before it keeps happening and somebody contacts the county. Incredibly unprofessional and alarming. Not sure what on earth is going on at this location, but as a former subway employee I’d highly recommend steering far and wide from this store in particular.

Reaching out to the owner because your female manager won't answer the phone and refuses to take accountability for her absolutely terrible service I have managed subway and so has my wife and I will never return here again this is a disgrace to subways and with the service you get here I would not recommend this pla e to anyone

I just ordered a deluxe chicken bacon ranch sub 12' from Uber and it was not a deluxe and did not have any bacon and I order it with pepper jack cheese and it had no cheese at all

I work here, co-workers are great, customers are great company as well, and I hope more people come in and help make each day even more fun.

There really nice I was short on money and the guy covered the most for me thank you too the good people out there

I eat here multiple times a week. Staff is amazing and food is always great. Appreciate you all.
