Subway has gone to rotisserie chicken. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch today - my overall favorite - and as they started making it I commented on the type of chicken they were using. I was told that they have changed to rotisserie style. I went with it since sometimes change is good - and it was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever attempted to eat (I managed to eat about a quarter of it before I tossed it in the trash). The flavor was awful, the texture gross and the chunks of chicken looked like roadkill. I am not going back to Subway. Sure, there are other sandwiches to order but how long until they totally screw those up also?
Submitted an online order-Ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies, requested sandwich to be toasted, payed extra for avocado to be added and bought a fountain drink. It’s like the staff fulfills orders with their eyes closed. The dasher notified me that they “are out of cookies” and the employee didn’t bother to call and let me know if I wanted any other kind. When my order was delivered, the avocado from my sandwich was missing. The sandwich was not toasted, and a straw for my fountain drink was not provided. Had to take the lid off and drink it that way.The delivery was late as well. But not the dashers fault- they had texted me to tell me that when they came to pick up my order there was no one at the front. Finally after 10 mins an employee came out from the back.Completely ridiculous service. If you can’t take online orders seriously, don’t offer the service.
I was very upset when I realized the ranch is now peppercorn ranch. I don't like peppper, my mouth was on fire after eating my sandwich with the new ranch. Bring back regular ranch, an also cheddar cheese. I have nothing against this particular location, just Subway in general.
The worker in this location are so rude and they don’t want to work, I gave him a coupon and then he stole it and didn’t give me my order because it was a big order. This thing happened with me twice. If you want to eat Subway just go to any store rather than going to this location.
I made an online order and it went through for the wrong date. When I went in to pick up my food, they told me I would have to make a new order and pay for that and then request a refund. I did exactly what they asked. This means I paid for my order twice (once online and once in store). I have contacted subway through their customer service form and was told to contact the store. I contacted the store and spoke with an employee who I will protect by not posting their name. They said they would put through the refund to the manager which they did, but the manager/owner still hasn't taken care of it. I called a second time and the manager/owner still hasn't completed the refund yet. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and was told that is not allowed and the manager/owner will never speak to customers. Why would Subway refuse to refund my order when I did exactly what they asked me to do? What kind of store manager/owner refuses to speak with their customers or take care of customer service issues?
As someone who has spent a lot of time in subway (family and myself working there), I can say confidently that the crew does not take any of the cleanliness steps seriously. Not ONE of the four working when I just went (10/26/21 around 11:20am) washed their hands before putting on gloves (big subway rules). No glove change between meats/veggies (or different employee working sections of the line). No cares given on how much product they are putting on your sandwich, just tossing clumps of meat on haphazardly (subway has strict guidelines on how many slices of meat/cheese/etc). Going from the line to making cookies, to right back on the sandwich line with the same pair of gloves. Chunks of chicken dropped in tuna and left. Cross contamination for sure. Someone needs to check on this store. One guy working didnt even know which bread was italian...
Placed an order. Subway charged my Acct and we never got the order delivered. Two hours later I find out the order was cancelled and we were never notified. At least they credited my Acct back the charge. Not cool Subway. Not cool!!!
Oh my! That spicy Italian was killer! The service was awesome as well.
The worst service and experience of any Subway Ive been to, and I once got the squirts from the Broccoli Cheddar soup at Subway in Seattle. Ordered a footlong Meatball marinara and a California club, asked for mozzarella on my Meatball sandwich, according to the sandwich specialist at the counter you are not allowed to pick that cheese because that is not the cheese that goes on it and "they dont have a button for that" offered to pay extra to have mozzarella (its the way i always ordered my Meatball sub) but I was allowed to switch my cheese for the California club that comes with the mozzarella but even still not switch the mozzarella onto the other sub.
Clean. Sandwich made as ordered. Polite staff.
