Only has white or wheat bread at 130pm. Disappointed.
I had made a mobile pickup order on Feb. 25, 2022 the total was $18.84. In my order I had asked for the sandwiches to be toasted. The lady working later called at 11:46 am to let me know their toaster was broken. She wanted to know If I wanted the sandwiches as is or if I wanted a refund. I told her that she could just refund it to me as I didn’t want a cold sandwich. However, this has not been fixed, and I would appreciate getting my full refund as I did not receive anything in exchange.
Very nice and friendly staff store was clean and pleasant. Sandwiches look and tasted great.
Everytime I go, they are either out of product or are shutting down 3 hours early putting half their stuff away. Won't even get it back out for a customer. possibly the world's worst Subway 10/10 would avoid this subway at all costs
Blonde female worker was outside smoking for 15 minutes. I saw her when I walked in to get my food and stood there like a bunch of others who were clearly unhappy. She didn't even bother to wash her hands - which is one of the many things the Washington Health Board is going to hear about.Not only was it 15 minutes late, but it was also adequate incorrectly. Who the heck sticks the sandwich in the toaster AFTER the veggies? Now there's wilted nasty lettuce.Want to know the real kicker?She wiper her gloved hands on her pants during the sandwich making process and contaminated everything. Only dine here if you want to get covid and wilted lettuce.Edit: she shorted me 2 of the 6 cookies I ordered for our family picnic. Hope she gets fired. Can't even make a sandwich or count cookies right.
Submitted an online order about an hour ahead of lunchtime. Get the notification from my bank that they charged my card and the confirmation email from Subway that they received my order. Arrive at the designated pickup time, they do not have my order ready and they say it doesn't show up in the system. I show the staff the confirmation email with an order number and showing their address. There is nothing they can do, they can't even refund my order because they can't find me in their system. Will never order online from here again.

I will not be going to subway again. They have shaved the meat so thin, you can see through it..All bread, as far as new xl it just the regular sandwich..
Every time I've been here, the bread was so hard it was unedible! I'll never go here again.
