surprisingly busy considering i got there at almost 11pm but still made everything perfect. was craving cookies and a sandwhich and got exactly what i wanted. the two i talked to were great and super kind and friendly, which is perfect customer service in my opinion.
This subway is absolutely trash! The three young gentlemen had terrible communication and struggled to get orders out correctly in a timely. The gentlemen helping messed up straight off the jump when he made my wife’s sandwich on the wrong bread. Then he precedes to not add bacon to my sandwich. Another red flag is when he toasted both of our sandwich at the same time which caused my rotisserie chicken to be cold. If I wanted a cold sandwich, I would have made it at home. To WRAP this up, I asked for vinaigrette and it splatted/chunky pieces came out. We all couldn’t believe what we have seen. Since he didn’t keep the paper under the sandwich, it soaked all the way through and got my cookies wet. Unfortunately, this subway gets 0 stars from us.We ordered cookies too but that is a separate conversation due to the selective hearing in this place.
This is one of the few locations that I have never met an unfriendly staff. It's been 1 of my two favorite locations for a long time. Love come here after I get off work at 7am
its not hard to make a good sandwich buy yet im here if i could put 0 stars i would. STALE BREAD and they even forgot to CUT MY SANDWICH something they do to every sandwich all day
I waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru and only one car ahead of me, this car had been there for awhile so when I pulled up I thought it wouldn’t be a long wait. When I finally got up to the window I looked in and seen 2 employees dancing around chit chatting as I’m waiting and waiting. The sandwiches were not good actually awful and just thrown together in a slop. I will never go here again.
Big shout out to the one dude who holds it down at night, appreciate how hard you work
I wouldn’t give it a star at all, I might not have been eating here but I thought staff with long hair needed to have their up in a hair net. Employee male very slow with working had to wait about 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and he was fixing his long curly hair at the front by the food and had no hair next ?
An extremely rude employee named Ben made my pregnant full term gf wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while he took online orders ahead of her, regardless of her being there first. Then she reached out to me, I called the store as a GM of a business myself to ask why this was occurring, only to be hung up on. Is this who Subway is hiring now? How disappointing...
Ordered online and wasn't impressed. The employees did not read my notes and therefore not ordering from here again . I recommend the gher road location on 112th . They always do aweSome!
Good food, sandwich can vary depending on who made it.
