We have been here many times! Food is great, service is great but wait time for food is horrendous! Motioned for owner to come and speak to us….she did come over but left mid discussion and never returned! This is not the first time we have had issue. First time we ordered chicken and waffles but got razor clam and waffle! We keep trying to no avail!!!
Very disappointed with this restaurant. We had a reservation for 7:00. It took forever to get service. We had a party of 6 . We ordered a appetizer and asked for dinner orders to be put in. Our food did not come out until 9:00 pm. Two hours for food when my husband ordered a French dip and mine was a burger. The rest of our party also had easy orders. We were all exhausted and ready to go home. Only 1 person even finished their dinner. My husband and my order was way to salty. The others in our group were just to tired. We definitely will not be coming back.
This a nice quiet place with exceptional service, good food and well crafted drinks. I only gave 4 stars out 5 because I was disappointed, actually, was shocked at the size of the Artichoke spinach dip appetizer. I should have taken a picture. Plenty of pita bread but the dip itself came in such a small bowl it was like a glorified ramekin. For the cost it should have been much, much larger. That being said, everything else was proportioned in a generous and satisfying amount. All of the dishes at our table were delicious, plated beautifully, and food was ready quickly. A nice place to get a meal, no question.
Great friendly staff. Had the jalepeno burger which was delicious. Meat was quite tender. Fries were good as well.
Watched over service and bar tender let the whole group leave and drive.. patron fell off barstool at the restaurant even- not a good experience. Mildly traumatizing. Staff was very unprofessional about the whole ordeal
We visited Stonewood today for the first time for both breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, we ate at the restaurant and it was fabulous. Our waiter was super friendly and the bartender was great. The biscuits and gravy was definitely the highlight of our meal. For Dinner, we chose takeout and it was delicious! I had the fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had the rib eye, and we both were extremely satisfied with our meal. Like breakfast, the staff was friendly during pick up and it didn’t take long (15 min). I’m so happy we now have a decent restaurant in out area!
Great food, great vibe. Will be back again soon!
What a great restaurant to have in that location! The menu is diverse, the staff is very friendly and attentive and they have a decent taplist and bar.
We were so looking forward to this restaurant. They had prime rib on the menu and reviews were pretty good. This was the very worst food we've ever had. The prime rib which by the way is $35.00 each was paper thin, over cooked and tasted like it was boiled. The mashed potatoes were runny and not edible. Appetizers, steak bites and an order of fries were awful. The wait staff were frantic but very nice. The owners apologized several times about the food as their chef was not working. If it weren't for how nice the staff and the owners were we would have rated a one. Will not be going back !!!
We waited 45 minutes for our dinner, during which time 3 different people asked us what we had ordered, and the staff still had problems getting our order out. The restaurant was not even close to being busy. The prime Rib I ordered medium rare was served medium and was a thin slice. Overall the food was tasteless, hospital food. The manager did give us a %20 discount, which didn't come close to fixing the problem. If you charge $35 for a prime Rib dinner, it had better taste better than Denny's. I truly feel ripped off.
