I feel like your cost do not match competition. Maybe consider this before your next price increase.

I like their coffee . Coffee is soo good.
It was good and the barista was very nice, be sure to ask for your drink blended it makes it 10 times better!
Went to this location and the barista Marina, or something of that sort… behind the counter was extremely rude and dismissive when asking about a general question. She then proceeds to talk rudely and make comments behind the counter while making my drink loud enough so I can hear it. At that point I didn’t even want the drink due to how horrible her customer service was and how rude she was being. Above all especially over just asking a question, when customer service is apart of your job. Hope management does better with their employees and training them in better customer service.
I always enjoy the starbucks in the Vancouver mall. all the stars of the mall come here! ?

Beverage was great!I didn't care for the male barista with the blue/green hair that took my order.Believe it or not, there are some people like myself that do not frequent Starbucks.As I made my way to the counter I stopped to look at the merchandise for sale.Needless to say, I wasn't moving or ordering fast enough for him even though no one was behind me. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to order. And there wasn't much of a menu to look at. I asked him a couple of questions and in return got snooty answers!It's Saturday, relax and try to be more helpful instead of acting like I'm taking up too much of your time.
