I came in today to get two drinks. I had to repeat both my orders about 4 times. The employee seemed new and wasn’t trying to get the hang of things. But there were two other employees not stepping in and helping him… just watching him struggle. I waited and both my drinks were completely made wrong and tickets were wrong also. I asked for an extra shot in a frap and it had 4 extra shots?? And my total was like $16 for two drinks. It’s was just a mess…
Happy to see you when you're coming to the door always smiling and they get your drinks right every time my fraps always taste great and they make them the way you want them made not the way they wanna make them I come and that's a big deal
I have literally traveled across the country. I have been served at probably 100 or more different locations. I walked out with the BEST drink I've had to date.I get 6 blonde shots so it's hit or miss if my drink ends up bitter from the bar, and there's usually some tart/bitter quality to my drink in general but this is the smoothest creamiest and we'll made Starbucks drink I've ever been served.I ain't even mad that there's no drive thru.
Occasionally I have drank a dark brew from this place and it tastes like there was seven mice in the original recipe and it didn't carry over very well in America. Because in Italy where the coffee comes from I think there was probably more mice in just in the general area and that probably added to how the coffee tastes. But like I was saying it's okay and also sometimes the bartista gives me eight
I wanted a pumpkin spice steamer, but it wasn't available so I asked for caramel apple spice cider. I think the store didn't have the spice. What made the visit 5 star was the guy who waited on me. Realizing I'd asked for two drinks and couldn't have either, he suggested an alternative which I decided to try. He made the effort to come up with something which might work instead of me having to pick something else or do without.
Not the one to usually leave reviews but the service at this Starbucks is great. Friendly and out going staff!
They no longer have Hazelnut syrup at Starbucks so they cannot make my coffee anymore. My coffee went from $5.68 to $7.11 for a quad grande HAZELNUT latte so Im thankful for the $140.40 reduction to my monthly budget and the 7,600 less calories I'll be ingesting every month.
This spot has been great for me. I order ahead with the app most days as I'm in a rush to get to work and my coffee has always been fresh, hot and ready as soon as I swing in. The staff are very friendly and I appreciate their hard work that helps give me a happy boost to my mornings!
Sarah was very short and rude when I didn't know where the payment system was or when I interrupted her conversation she was having. Will not be back
They’ve been serving spoiled bacon for almost a week now. Its unfortunate that their workers do not pay more attention to the food they serve or at least smell it before putting it on breakfast sandwiches.
