Gave me pig instead of turkey on my breakfast sandwich when I ordered turkey, against my religion to eat that, also she refused to give me change when I asked before buying, i handed her an extra $10 bill with my cash payment, and instead of giving me change with my purchase she just told me to buy something else if i wanted to ride the bus slammed the register shut. I was like hmm something tells me i am not welcome here
This is honestly most likely my favorite Starbucks location in Vancouver. Very friendly service, and it tends to either not be busy, or its line moves along pretty quickly. I like stopping by here on my way to work for a fast cup of coffee. I've seen the line get ridiculously long on one Friday morning to the point it extended from the parking lot to the Mill Plain road itself, but that's probably because the venue is a bit too small, not really their fault. I do plan to come back.
This Starbucks has gone downhill consistently in the last year. They do not listen to the order then don’t try to make it right women ask to. Frustrating that you pay so much for a drink and then they can’t even fill the cup up. My americano was 3 inches from the top.
A good location overall. The staff are friendly and efficient and I've never had to wait longer than 10 mins. That said, the drive-thru is a little too small for peak traffic - hence why I deducted a point.
Kenzie is a bundle of joy.. had a bad night and wanted to place an order for 2 traveler boxes of coffee and all extras for the local hospital as a thank you !! She not only had my order ready and packaged she helped me carry it out to my car !! Definitely going above and beyond for customer service !! Thanks Kenzie for allowing me to bring caffinated joy to the hospital staff !!!! 5 stars and 1 thumbs up. (Had to hold the phone but it means 2 thumbs up)
Adam in the drive-thru was absolutely wonderful! This nice kid was friendly and made an extra effort to help to me because I’m hard of hearing. He was even signing better than me! The rest of the staff was great as well and accommodated my extra requests with no issue.
This is an awesome Starbucks location with real baristas making super brews! Store manager orders lots of Starbucks' goodies. Christmas ornanents are in! I picked up this ceramic gift card holder-ornament covered with lots of cool Washington icons. I'm wondering if these have been created for all 50 states? That would make for a really special Christmas tree!
Don’t go here unless you want to be treated poorly. I’m not sure what happened but I would go to this location regularly and I remember them being friendly. Now it’s very different and the employees aren’t very nice.They’re quite rude actually. I’m thinking that maybe they hired new people and they hate their jobs? Anyways I don’t care for they way treat people and they NEVER make my drink right. Whenever I ask them to remake my drink I’m very polite but all I get is attitude and interrogation. I don’t appreciate it, therefore I will always go out of my way to avoid this location.
I had a white chocolate mocha. It was good and I met her friend inside and it seems to be a good place to meet somebody. It wasn't crowded and it seemed really safe
