I am so appalled and upset! Who ever was working the drive thru should be fired that was not good customers service at all. My cousin order 3 drink today they made one of the drinks wrong and she ask very nice for a remake and this guy was nothing but rude to her! And then they didn’t even give her the 2 other drinks he made her wait almost 5 minutes before telling her to leave cause she is holding up the line she told him she was waiting for the 2 other drinks, he then say no you only order the one when she didn’t she order 3 drink all together and she would like to have the other two he gives them to her she asks for straws for them he then proceeds to throws them at her and slams the drive thru window!If the manger was there then do better at training your employees on customer service!

I delivery their drinks for Uber eats customers! I was here early and the order wasn’t quite ready. This morning I was offered a coffee while I waited! It was the first time I’d been offered a free coffee while I wait to delivery their drinks. I love my local Starbucks. Thank you for the free jolt! It’s much appreciated! Also, thank you for accepting the delivery orders, and keeping us busy :)

I can always count on my coffee to be consistent in taste, that it will be costly, and that the barista staff often are kind while, being busy.
This is a very busy location in the mornings, beware if you're in a rush! However, the staff seem to handle the workload relatively well and manage to stay friendly. If you're looking to sit and enjoy your beverage, the seating arrangement is nice and clean.

Sign on door and window says closing at 4pm and only after waiting on line for 30 minutes someone from a neighboring business came and said they weren't open. Ridiculous.

Expect the Iced Apple ? drink is super strong. needs more cream in it.Pumpkin Bread is good, ? loaf, are Chi tea good.
