Terrible location, I would not recommend. As someone who doesn't go to Starbucks often I needed some help deciphering the menu which they seemingly were not thrilled about. Not the mention everything that sounded good (including food) was out of stock. Another thing that is out of the norm, compared to arguably every coffee shop in America, is that the creme and sugar is kep behind the counter so naturally they seemed annoyed at your request for some. This just reinforced why I stay away from this chain in general.
I have to laugh..went in and asked for a large cup of their strongest cup coffee they had...she come back at me with?? And ?? ...thinking to myself "I have no Idea as to what she talking about"...so I said "cowboy coffee"...."you know strong coffee" she said she could put espresso to it to make it stronger...I said "ok go ahead"...she looked at me and asked how many?...she looking at me waiting for answer!...I say" 2"...make a long story short..I have been back several times..I'm up to 5 shots of espresso..lol...and found the right number lol ....the staff here top notch...very sweet young ladies. The establishment looked very clean inside and out..
Poor service...6 people working...only one at checkout...waited 15min fir a bad hot chocolate and latte.
When I go in to pick up an order and the employee tells me to lie to my customer and tell them I haven't arrived at the store yet just so Starbucks doesn't get a bad rating...this tells me this company and the people behind the counter can't be trusted. They would rather lie and cheat than be honest and hire some more employees to help behind the counter. This establishment is the worst Starbucks in town for pick ups, by far. Have a manager come over from another store to train your employees, as other stores have far fewer issues than this one.
Every employee at this location is so kind. I’m traveling from New York and was so happy I stumbled upon this Starbucks. Hannah and every other employee made me feel so special and even remembered me when I came back the next day. If you want an authentic cafe experience while traveling on the 5 make sure you stop here!!
Just my opinion, but Starbucks coffee tastes awful. Go to Dutch Bros., they have great coffee.

IF YOU WORK FOR A DELIVERY COMPANY (UBER, DOORDASH) READ THIS.I've never had a bad experience here until this morning. I work for uber eats delivery service. A worker there blond with a ponytail tried to tell me not to click "waiting for order" or else it'll negatively affect MY "score". I didn't understand what she meant until just now. First off, she's thinking of doordash. If I was working doordash and I DIDNT click waiting for ordering THAT would negatively affect my score. There is a rating system saying if I arrived on time or not on there. I am unsure why she was trying to convince me of that and tried to call me out in front of about 4 other delivery drivers. Super uncomfortable. When I get to a resteraunt it already marks me arrived automatically on Uber. She was just attempting to get me to not mark it so their wait time isn't high. What a super uncomfortable experience. If you don't work for uber eats or doordash do not try to convince me to not do my job so yours can be benefitted.

Got my pumpkin bread that was fresh. Banana bread was old. Not that good.My passion ice tea was good. But it seems that suddenly Starbucks doesnt have much of flavors anymore. I used to have this tea with peach flavor or raspberry. But not available anymore. Only sugar "flavor"available. People were nice. No complains on that.Otherwise regular black coffee sucks. Burnt. Their medium roast is burnt. What is than their dark roast???
