This has nothing to do with the employees. It is sad that starbucks doesnt allow for tips to be added on a card. Your employees are missing out on a lot of tips because of it. I decided to rate every starbucks I go to (which I do every single day) one star until this changes. I'll change my reviews to 5 stars once they star allowing tipping on the card again.

Meh. Nice people for sure but drive through line/ TAT on order is terrible. There’s no smart place forthe line to form and people are often blocking others from being able to park or leave their parking spots until the line advances.

I've been going to this Starbucks location for 16 years. Before it was located just a few doors down near the UPS store. I've been noticing the employees seem to be younger and younger each time I go in. And the younger they are -- the worse the service is. Each time I go in and wait for 10-15 minutes and my drinks are never done correctly. I am not picky so I normally just drink the wrong made drinks. Today I asked for an iced caramel latte and a second drink espresso with a shot of caramel. When my drink arrived it was an iced caramel latte with 8 shots of caramel flavoring. My espresso shot never came out so I had to go back up and order it again. I didn't realize my first drink had 8 pumps of caramel in it until I got to the car. It tasted like solid sugar caramel and was awful. But I didn't have the time or patience to tell the high schooler at cashier how badly they messed up my order. I threw the drinks away and walked out. This Starbucks needs to hire some people who actually cares about their job, or you will continue getting upset customers. A coffee drink is easy to make, but if the person taking orders doesn't listen or care -- the drinks will come out wrong every time. I'm about to stop using this Starbucks until they can hire some older employees who care. It's very hard to find good high school help these days.

So I thought that I would share my experience. This morning, I went to Starbucks and order the peppermint hot chocolate with soy and no whip.I have not had real milk in about eight years since finding out that I have a pretty bad milk allergy.Milk allergy are not something that should be missed with.So anyway, I pay though the app and get almost handled the wrong drink. Then I get to work and take a slip of it and it doesn't have the right taste to it. So I look and noticed that they didn't put soy. This afternoon when I got off work, I went back to Starbucks and explained that I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate with soy milk because I can't have regular milk. They claimed that I didn't say that this morning since one of the girls were still there. I said that is ridiculous because I know my allergy really well to know what I can and can't have.

I was in a different part of town and use transit.Had time to get tasty food ( lemon cake ) and a nice iced coffee.I use their app to buy ahead at times and to get star rewards to use toward free items. The layout here to sit is spacious and shaped a bit differently from other stores I visit.I got stuff done and had a great experience.

Made my custom strawberry green tea perfect thanks

I have never trusted online reviews. My nephew worked at this store and employees were required to write positive reviews and ask friends and family to do the same. As for the many comments about Davina, sometimes she’s very nice and sometimes not professional. I feel like I have to walk on eggshells around her and that should not be necessary. I get the impression that she is bipolar and off of her medication or it’s that time of the month. COVID hasn’t helped and I feel sorry for the employees because they are in a high risk job and probably are not paid enough. I have a neighbor who Davina lied about and said that he stole merchandise. I have since been told that they have fish hook cameras that cover every inch of the store and could have proven who was telling the truth. I have known him for 15 years and I don’t believe that he would steal. If Davina really saw him steal merchandise why didn’t she call the police and permanently ban him from the store?

Last night 10-9-21 I went to this store and I had a very bizarre experience with a supervisor called Davina. She refused to remake my drink. She tried to gaslight me and tried to convince me that I can’t tell the difference between the almond milk that I paid extra for and the regular milk that she used in the drink. She told me that I was being difficult and that she could get me banned from the store for that. She said that they don’t need me as a customer because they have lots of customers. If you can have a good business being mean and dishonest imagine what they could do if they were nice. Time to save money and make my drink at home!

This is a great Starbucks! I’ve come here since they opened, 16 years? I’ve had nothing but a great rapport with all the baristas. If my drink’s made wrong they are happy to fix it. As for the comments below about Davina, I’ve only had exceptional service from her. I believe she’s been a partner at starbucks for about 12 years, she wouldn’t still be there if there were any problems with her. She always been kind, professional, and proficient.

They make the drink wrong because either the cashier doesn’t get the order right on the cup or the barista doesn’t read the instructions on the cup and makes the drink wrong. They give you a hard time when you ask for a remake and then have the testicular fortitude to hold the tip jar expecting you to put money in it. On 10-2-21 a shift supervisor named Ryan told me that if I am not going to tip I should not buy a drink from them. They do know that Walmart sells the Tazo chai tea latte that they use in a 32 ounce carton for $3.28! 4 drinks for half the price of one drink at Starbucks. Walmart forever!
