Last week I got in a long line and the clerk was chatting with a customer while we all waited. I decided to come back later when there was a shorter line. Later when I went in the same clerk was talking with the one customer ahead of me in line at the cash register. After 5 minutes (not exaggerating) the clerk asked me if I was in line (it was obvious I was) said he was off shift and left. Another clerk heard the exchange and came up to wait on me. I'm wondering why the first chatty clerk kept talking with the other customer at length when he was done with their transaction and didn't wait on me. I wasn't unpleasant while I was waiting. Perhaps he was just running out his shift? All I wanted was straight coffee and he could have gotten my coffee and debit payment and still left on time if he hadn't kept talking. He could have continued talking with the customer after work. Where was the manager monitoring the service counter. Management needs to do better monitoring and training their staff at this location in customer service.

Very friendly staff. I've been impressed with their attention, their help (& their patience; I can be fairly indecisive sometimes ?) when ordering, the quality of drinks I've had here and just their overall service when I've come in. I live in the neighborhood and haven't been one to be drawn to Starbucks for the sake of going to Starbucks, but I do enjoy coming here. I also appreciate the atmosphere - nice vibe.I have to say, at some point in the past several years, I think Starbucks changed the way they roast their coffee because it tastes much better now (no more the "burnt" over-roasted flavor). Definitely appreciate that. ? Enjoy! ☕?

One of the worst Starbucks in the Vancouver area. If you order ahead and drive 20 minutes, you’re still waiting for your drink to be made. The staff isn’t very helpful and my drinks never taste correct. EVER.

There was some confusion about how the curbside pickup worked but she ended up bringing it to us anyways and was awesome.

I am a Starbucks partner who works at a different location, and I have to say there is something different about this store from the other locations. I went there for the first time in a while and it was such a fun and encouraging place to be in! The barista that took my order, (Trinity) wrote a sweet note on a pastry bag and It made my day. I love this Starbucks!

Very nice place fast service and the works love to make Conversation...

Good coffee for a Starbucks not super busy

Been to many Starbucks, but this one is across from my workplace and they are simply awesome, and not just becuz of convenience. Barista's are fantastic, always greet you by name as you walk in the door, quick to take your order, fix it, and you're on your way. The drink Barista's no matter how busy are always efficient and customer service oriented, and they all have such comrades. This is hands down the best Starbucks in Vancouver-Ridgefield-Battleground, a Signature Cafe!

This store is amazing! the people make me feel like a king every time I get a cup of coffee. sometimes I can't actually drink the coffee because I received such a great experience I feel it would be bad luck if I drank it. I currently have 4 in shadow boxes at home with the baristas names written next to them in engraved gold.

Absolutely disgusting! I decided to stop by my near by Starbucks wanting a Matcha Green Tea Latte. May I say this in the nicest way possible, it is the grossest drink from Starbucks I have EVER received. It tastes like powered kale/grass mixed with 2% milk. I almost threw up from how badly tasting this is. As well as the friend I am with at this location, her drink was poorly made as well. I am here on October 18th around 2:40, I expect the worker to get PROPERLY TRAINED. Also, the worker was rushing us saying they close at 3pm when the website says 3:30. This is very sad as I am a frequent at this location. Won’t be coming back again.
