The person who was serving us dropped the credit card and it went under the car, the person said “sorry” and other than that gave us wrong stuff. We asked for a Grande size and the person gave us medium. Asked for no ice and got ice. Hope that guy/girl whatever it was get fired because i never had an issue before in this starbucks it used to be my favorite. Disappointed.
First off had my cell phone stolen right in the lobby as staff just sat and watched and attempted to blame me why it got stolen! On top of it there coffee Is way over priced and weak, an Americano comes out looking and tasting like weak tea?! Very unimpressed, this location is terrible?

I love Starbucks but they got rid of all there sugar free besides vanilla I am a type one diabetic what if I dont want vanilla so they get a 3 for that.

I go every Wednesday since that's my "Friday" for my work schedule and there's usually a very energetic, wonderful man at the drive through who says he's "doing fantastic, it's a great day!" Well this last visit, I was ordering my usual and he sung a little while completing my order and I sung back at him. He said I had a great voice and we were full of laughter and it was just the best. I hope he knows he really brightened my day up.
