Staff is great. The store manager needs training in customer service.
Starbucks in general has gone downhill in the last 2 years. Probably budget cuts from COVID.
Amazing shop. No drive through here though so it's nice and quiet.
This has the worst drive thru. The line screws up the parking and people who just want to go in and grab their coffee. They should build a better drive thru so it don't mess up the parking lot. Coffee is 9/10 good. Some people make mistakes and that's understandable. The main concern here is the drive thru

Amazing!!! The baristas are so friendly and fast.
Me and my daughter went in and got a Starbucks while I waited for my car and before we left she wanted to let her 4 week old kitty go to the bathroom when a truck drove by and spooked it and ran, one of the girls who just made our coffee saw us running around out the window and came out to help us. I would have to say that was amazing I will use this Starbucks all the time.
Usually this place is very on top of things and quick with making orders. The workers are usually very nice & helpful. However, I went during my 10 minute break to pick up an online order that should have already been done and waited around for 7 minutes and not one worker bothered to help me. Whoever was working around 2pm on 7-10-2021 needs to practice better customer service skills.
The people who work there were really upbeat and really know how to assist the guests or the customers people come in and sit there and church or computers or just sit there to have a cappuccino and maybe a croissant the place was clean and for me they let me be in my own special spot I tried to get and there really good atmosphere to be around it
