My 7-year old son loves their slushies.They have an awkward parking lot. If you pull into a parking spot, it is easy to get stuck with the drive through line stacked up behind you. Since their whole business model is centered around carhops delivering to your car, this seems like a major oversight and takes away from the experience at this location.
Good overall coustomer service, but I only ate my tator tots from my meal and my drink. Never really had good food from there but thought, it's been a few years why not? Nope big nope, still had to put my tots in my air fryer to make them edible even. The chicken sandwich I got was worse than a frozen Tyson patty microwaved. But, customer service was great!
Grilled food was meh, fried food was over fried, ? were cooked so lightly that the cheese wasn't even melted lol but my 2 kids (17 year old and 8 year old boys) devoured it...so....guess it wasn't awful...? Jk. Nah. It was pretty good. I think it was just cuz it was towards closing time when we went....they were all just ready to be out of there and tired so perhaps cutting some corners??? Meh. It happens. Still worth the half hour drive from Portland haha
This is my favorite "cheat day" spot. Employee morale seems very healthy compared to other places; they seem happy to help consistently, which is nice. My favorites are popcorn chicken, chili cheese hot dogs, and patty melt (It's off the menu for now but still). I'm not a fan of the fries or onion rings tots are better; mozzarella sticks are also very good. I use the app to order a little in advance that way everything's already paid for, and I just have to check in as the app asks for your stall number when you are entering the parking lot. (From what I've experienced, if you arrive before your scheduled time, you can check in early, and your order will get started), not a fan of ordering on apps but this one works for me.
Gross..onionrings tasted like sweet vanilla pancake batter, tots cold and underdone, popcorn chicken was ok, corn dog had been sitting around and was cold. Overall bad even for fast food.
Overall the service is pretty good. The only exception is that whenever we ask for fry sauce as a part of the order, they always forget the fry sauce.
Mamaged to screw up HALF my order just tonight. Asked for a burger thats plain with extra cheese due to allergies got a burger that was regular, order a pretzel dog and it came out burnt like freddy krueger.
Always fast, always friendly. Good food, great prices. Awesome desserts as well!!
Im only giving a 4 star because almost every time at least one item is missing.So, as long as you double check your order before you get too far away you'll be golden.The food is delicious and even with always being packed I've never had to wait any longer than I wait at any other fast food place.
