I have frequented Orchards Shari's since it was first opened. My son and I had a great meal and our waitress Eva, took great care of our table and expressed concern in politely asking where the Debit receipt might be. I explained I left it with a gal at the cash register and that was fine. She showed a lot of hustle and attentiveness. The food was great!! Thank you for the dining experiance! All of your wait staff have been a pleasure to be around. Never a problem. If this young lady is new, your seasoned staff well love her.
If I could give zero stars I would. We got in late (past midnight) and we waited for a minute to get sat… no issue. We got sat and still had to wait for anyone to grab our drinks. We then got our order taken and everything seemed fine. Wrong, we waited for over an hour for nothing. I notice our food was sitting in the window for over 15 minutes. Our server disappeared. We never saw her after she took our order. Never got our food or even a drink re fill for over an hour!!!! We decided to just leave. While driving away, we saw her and 3 others sitting outside smoking leaving only one server and one hostes to run everything inside.

Service was great but don't get the pie it was a sliver not like the old days. Also asked for a pie shake and server said they hate making those so I said it shouldn't be on the menu and just got my sliver of pie
I like to give every place five stars because I’m a nice guy. But this Shari’s is just not a five-star establishment.Positives? Our server was pretty attentive although after two coffee refills we were forgotten.The coffee was decent for a diner.The sourdough bread was awesome. Super thick slices. The best.The pies looked good.But the place has a weird smell when you walk in. The building is sorta falling apart, as you can see from the seat pictures. And the prices aren’t exactly cheap. I mean, they’re sorta standard these days but they should be cheaper based on the sub-standard overall experience.
Alexander was our waiter tonight for me and my boyfriend and we are regulars. She messed up our order and continued giving us our bill and didn’t give my boyfriend his Side that he ordered, it sat on the warm table for an unreasonable time when there were no other orders. She also proceeded to have an attitude when asking us what we wanted and checking out as well. Christin is our regular waiter and she was not there tonight for us, as regulars with her we have no problems and have a wonderful time.
They have many employees standing around not actually serving customers. And one single person who is serving everyone seating everyone and none of the tables are cleaned. I waited 5 minutes to be seated only to watch her continue to serve more pie instead of seat me.
I went to eat dinner with my wife and kids, was seated really quickly and proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes with absolutely no service at all. The restaurant had only 5 or 6 tables with people and it looked to be about 5-6 wait staff on shift. We ended up leaving to our dismay. I can understand if we have a wait if they were busy, but the staff seemed very laid back and didn’t seem to care about service.
The quality of their food and portion sizes (3oz petite steak) has gone down so bad. Very disappointed! Won't be going back for a long time! I felt bad for the waitress who seemed ashamed of the food she was serving...smh!
