server was nice, however the food quality was poor. the fruit was visibly gross yet she served it to me anyways. my daughter's Belgian waffle was hardly cooked and soggy and my son's fries were barely cooked either. was pretty disappointed with Shari's food the last couple times I've ate there, not just this location, Gladstone sucked too!
Not a great experience. Pie was delicious, but it seems that I had been forgotten as I sat waiting for my check for over 30 minutes. I finally had to say something to get any help.
Michelle was our waiter 5/8/22 at about 1pm and we waited 30 minutes didn’t even know who our waiter was finally I asked who are waiter was because we’ve been sitting here 30 minutes and haven’t even gotten water yet and then someone said “don’t know I think it’s Michelle” then Michelle comes and is very cranky and takes our order. The people who were seated after us was already eating by the time we ordered our food and drinks. I understand it’s Mother’s Day but everybody else is doing their job except for her. And then when it came time to pay we waited at the counter with our receipt order for 20 minutes and nobody would let us pay because they said Michelle had to do the transaction and she was no where to be found. I will not be returning to the sherries.
Great quality and quantity of food for the price. Staff was helpful, friendly, and laid back, made for a nice and relaxed atmosphere. We loved our server's food recommendations. Would definitely go back when we're in the area again.
The wait staff was very efficient and friendly. Not sure what happened to the stuffed hashbrowns (2 orders). Both were barely cooked, so I not brown and crispy like in times past. Didn't think about taking a photo or complaining till now. The restaurant was not busy, so hopefully this was just an off day. This was a combo of dine-in and take-out.
I ordered a Pie online and came to the restaurant at the designated time to no pie ,to no one at the store having no idea what the heck I was talking about.No idea on how to issue a refund either.I did contact customer service and received a reply,since the crickets.Just keep this in mind if you order online take out.Very disappointed as I've been to Shari's numerous times and always enjoyed my meal.This has gone on for almost 3 weeks and still no resolution.
By far the worst experience at a Shari's I've had, went at 4:30pm on a Thursday, only a handful of people there, waitress was busy chatting with the hostess most of time, never checked on us after food, had to wave down hostess after most of the table left, the other waitress on staff seemed to actually be doing real work. There was music playing from the kitchen that was audible from across the restaurant, loud enough to hear over the music coming from the speaker. There where finger prints all over the pie case, and the floor underneath the table was dirty, unfortunately only discovered at the end of the visit when checking for a misplaced item. Would not return to this location, very disappointed for a weekday before a meal rush.
This restaurant is FILTHY! The bathrooms had BM on the floors, no hand soap, and an overflowing trashcan. The dishes were dirty and the food was burnt. The toast tasted like mold. The burgers had no sauce or condiments, even though one should have had barbecue sauce and the other should have had sharis sauce. This is the first time I've ever spit food out of my mouth! The floors are sticky and dirty and their pie case appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. Went to use the sanitizer, just to find it was empty. The server was great though. Corporate should make a visit, because they obviously haven't in a while.
Very affordable. For 3 adults and 1 kid was $52. The food isn't really 5 ⭐ food. Not saying it's bad. Anyone walking in to eat should obviously know that. They're breakfast has always been good. But their milkshakes are my favorite.
They were very nice and accommodating with our group. We never had to ask for refills, our sever was on top of it. Food was done in a decent time and was delicious, we all enjoyed our meals and desserts. Great experience and will definitely come back.
