Bagels are Delicious!! I made my own with jalapeno everything! Jalapeno Bagel, Jalapeno Cream cheese, and Pepper jack Cheese! Never been inside the building before, and it was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and willing to answer any questions. All in all a great little nook on the corner! Will definitely come back!
Service was friendly and helpful. The bagel itself was dry and disappointing in flavor. I got a veggie bagel sandwich and needed an extra side of cream cheese as well (which they kindly gave to me). Fresh OJ was nice. Bagels themselves are not good enough to come back for though.

The Vancouver Bicycle Club likes to stop here for coffee and snacks after the Tuesday morning bike ride. Quick service, good coffee and plenty of outdoor seating for our group of 15+ cyclists.
Seize has quickly become our go-to breakfast spot. Quick, friendly service, and food tastes delicious every time. Our faves are the Lox sandwich and the Degen sandwiches. Definitely worth a try!

The taco salad was amazing!The lemon cupcake was the softest and most delicious cupcake I’ve ever had!I think there may be improvements with hairnets though. Would definitely order again regardless
I order $60 worth of food from door dash this morning. 2 of my bagels were messed up. One was supposed to be Vegan. Since nothing was labeled I had no idea what was what. I tried to reorder my food but you guys don't allow people to reorder. A mistake was made not the big of a deal but now I am hungry as hell and super disappointed. I will never be back and that's sad because your food looks amazing.
Awesome bagels and awesome spreads! Sandwiches are also very yummy. The staff at this location seem to get along really well with one another and can get a bit distracted by their personal conversations. They are genuinely friendly when interacting with customers, I just feel their cutomer service/awareness could be improved.
