Good food, great atmosphere. The service is great here.
Always good food, especially the burgers and wraps. I love the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken wrap. It's the best! Always get some extra BBQ sauce on the side. Great service, full bar, what more can you ask for?
This is my friend's favorite place to eat. I'm happy there are no more masks because they were very very strict about masks. There was a time they wouldn't e er talk to us unless our masks were on 100% correctly. With that said I can not ding the food. The wait staff are always a pleasure to talk to . Food is great we always get the fried pickles! haha
Almost always great! Where else can you take the kids where they can color and be entertained while you get a decent priced drink and bottomless sides? No where....
The service was good. My particular appreciation for this visit is that they were careful with my chicken sandwich and salad so as not to contaminate it with soy or milk. We had a nice dinner and I wasn't sick afterward.
Love the food (the restaurant chain) absolutely ABHOR the service here at this location. No one apparently reads the ticket.In 6 months of getting carside or otherwise ordering out from here; they have gotten our order right ONE TIME. ONCE. Out of over a dozen times.Do not leave without verifying your order. Go over all of it. Keep an eye out for missing sides like salads and fries. Sure, they will apologize and say nice things; but it hasn't been fixed and it just keeps happening.There is no quality control once it leaves the kitchen.
The food was delicious, fresh, and presented beautifully. Everyone in the family who ordered had a good meal. So why the three star? I had made a request to leave the dressing on the side for my salad. Reason being, I have an egg allergy. They did indeed place dressing on the side, but they ALSO drizzled it all over my salad. I was unable to eat my meal, even after scraping off as much as I could. I get very sick when I eat anything with egg in it, so this was a great disappointment. Unfortunately we didn’t catch the error till we had already brought it home. Yes, making food at home would indeed be the safest method, but sometimes one needs a break and orders takeout. If you have an allergy, clarify this upon ordering and check afterward. We are all human, but adhering to my request and need would have made such a difference.
Been here a few times at this location. It's a Red Robin, exactly what you'd expect. Both times I've been here were weekend mid afternoon and surprisingly was not too busy. Not overly friendly but a good average experience. And as a side tip don't get the whiskey chicken bbq wrap to go if you're not going to eat it right away it gets soggy because of all the lettuce.
My Red Robin experience use to be great. I would love coming her all the time. But after the several horrible experiences I have had here within the past 3 weeks. I do not recommend going to this location. Every time I place a order over the phone or online they always forget a item or never place my order in the first place. I am extremely frustrated with the service they have. If you plan on coming here come here in person. That’s way you will get much better food and customer service
I find Red Robin to be consistently good. I love the steak fries and campfire sauce. I like how they flavor their burgers as well. The service at this location was fantastic.
