The wait was a bit long,but we were a party of 25 ??? the service was GREAT. Our waitress killed it big shout out to her.. plus the place and it's customers put up with us. We were loud and laughing and signing happy birthday and ruined that whole thing.. they let us bring in a cake and cupcakes if your wondering.. The whole experience plus the wait in the beginning was worth it.. big bar with lots of options to choose from, just ask my party ?.. highly recommend.. it does get packed thoughSo I would go a bit early for dinner..
We came in at 7 and there was a bit of a wait. (Which is to be expected at dinner time.) We were sat within the window We were given and our drinks were gotten quickly. Our waiter was super attentive! My kid had a question about the bacon cheese fondue and not only did he answer the question but brought him out a new bowl and fresh fries! Our food all came out togather (there were 5 of us). All in all great experience, wish I had taken a pic or 2. Great job guys!

Red Robin went above and beyond to accommodate our party pf 26 today. They did a great job of taking our orders, delivering them in a timely manner and refilling drink glasses without prompting. We were a noisy chaotic bunch celebrating 3 birthdaysand we really appreciate all the staff did for us today. Thank you. RED TEAM!!
It was good, nothing special. For the price tho, it definitely could have been way better. Take out I waited after I called for another 10 min, even tho my food had been done for 20 min, so it wasn't very hot. I'd still come back, wasn't the worst or the best for sure.
Staff was very nice and friendly. I got my free birthday burger which for me was the teriyaki burger and if course I had to have a milkshake. Both were delicious and the food was done faster than we expected. And.their specialSAUCE for the french fries is amazing!!!!
I wrote a very bad review about my experience at the Battle Ground location on 2/12 because it was the worst service I'd had in years. Red Robin corporate contacted me the following day and offered me a $20.00 gift card which was not my intention but it was a nice gesture. Went to the Vancouver mall location on 2/19 and had the exact opposite. Some of the best service I've had in years. Bethanie was our server and was attentive but not pushy and even the bus staff was on it. The food was great and the fries kept coming! A great experience that deserved note.
Fantastic customer service yesterday. We had more than 15 teenagers (basketball team) with us which made ordering difficult with several changes and what not. But the crew was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended.
Burgers were great. Fries and steamed broccoli were cold, even the 2nd serving if both were not warm. Service was slow but they said they were short staffed. They did take some off the bill because of the cold food which eased the frustration.
