Service was incredibly slow, despite the fact that there were A LOT of employees meandering around and very few customers. There was a guy blowing up balloons with a very loud pump at the end of the bar (which was right across from where we were sitting). More than one balloon popped during this.Dessert was only half baked through. Literally. Couldn't eat it, but we didn't want to stay much longer so we just paid and left.Probably won't visit this location again.

This is our favorite Red Robin location! Friendly service, killer food, and it wasn't even busy on this Monday night!We visited on President's Day and were glad to see that it wasn't packed to the gills with people. We haven't eaten in a restaurant as a family since early 2020 so we were slightly curious how the kids would behave in this new dining space (they did great, they loved it).Some of the other locations don't seem to be as organized as this one, and we always experience some disappointment when we pick up orders to go. Happy to report that this is our go-to Vancouver Red Robin! Yum!

I work nearby so I order online for carry out/ curbside. Several times they have undercooked my Burger so I have taken to calling after I order to make sure it is fully cooked.. Today's order I called to make sure they told the kitchen staff to make sure there is no pink even though I put that on the order As it is a standard but today the girl who answered the phone gave me an attitude when I asked her to make sure there is no pink. Then when I showed up for my curbside pick up and called the number the same girl answered and gave me an attitude. Made me wait. When I called back to ask if they were bringing it out she again gave me an attitude. I'm seriously worried that that she has done something to my food.I plan to make a corporate complaint.

The last three times I've gone to this location they've forgot a burger to my togo order. I sat and waited for over an hour with a hungry five yr old. ? One burger out of our entire meal was warm. ? ? I shouldn't experience the same mistake three times in a row.

We had a not to great experience. Never received any bottomless fry refills and drink refills took over 10 minutes. It was strange because they seemed to have a designated drink person. I was disappointed because Red Robin has always been a good place to eat. Not sure we will return.

If I could give zero stars i would. Arrived to pick up my order and was told ut wasn't ready yet. Waited an additional 20 minutes and finally got food. Get home and unpack ive cold food. Mind you I live 2 miles from the store. The last in-store experience was less than as well. Guess this joint is off the list forever

Came in sat down and about like 5-10 minutes later one of the employees came over to our table saying that they had a fire going on in the kitchen that they were doing everything possible to put the fire out and that they didn't have an estimate time for our food to be ready, well for the meantime we had some onion rings. Then about 15 minutes or so our food was ready and the manager actually came out and checked on us that was really nice and professional and all I could say is thank you to the manager that came out and checked on us after our food was ready only because he apologized about the inconvenience. This happened about 2 weeks ago or so.

Food is generally pretty good. Their water tastes like it's been flooded by the sewage, and it ruins all the other drinks. I thought it would be just a one time thing, but it's been every time the past two years.Does not taste healthy. I would get that checked out before someone from the state does.

This is experience was better than the last.. although the place wasn't crowded at all, there's always a wait to be greeted and seated. Table service was more better than my last experience tho. Faster and more attentive.
