The interior and atmosphere of this cafe is amazing?? I love the food too. I just discovered this cafe last month since then I started to come here at least once a week.
The food is good and the café is pretty, but 2 simple cups of coffee took them 40 minutes + they table serve you food but not drinks which is awkward + actual prices we paid were higher than prices displayed on the menu.
The place is very pretty and clean, and the salmon bagel sandwich was yummy, and the coffee was okay. What ruined my experience, as it was my first (and last!) time there was the large brunette chick. So condescending! She acted super irritated with orders. Why work at a coffee shop and be irritated when people order coffee????? Isn’t that the point? She totally ruined the stay for us, felt like she got very irritated when I asked for some ice as they didn’t get the memo to make my small child a “warm” (not super hot!) cocoa. Customer service is ZERO. I literally spent around 60$, stayed there less than an hour…never again. This is the typical vibe: “Give us the money, eat your food and get out!”:( and I did.
Coffee is our hobby and we’ve been disappointed in many places the last couple years - but not here! The Iced Raspberry Mocha with Raspberry Cold Foam was amazing! (And I’m not usually a mocha person). The flavors did not overpower the coffee. Not too sweet or too bitter. My daughter and I shared the turkey and avocado sandwich and the coconut macadamia nut waffles with strawberries and everything tasted great! Looking forward to coming back and trying more menu items!
Enterroir was beautiful. Service was a big zero. They didn't have very many options. So I had what the girl recommended. Which was pretty good except I ordered 16oz and got 12oz. They were not friendly at all. Hope they work on some of there qualities. They also had garbage bags laying around outside of building.
The coffee is exceptional and their seasonal drinks have a creative flair that makes you feel like you’re in Portland. Their raspberry lattes have cold foam and dried cranberries on top and the food menu is amazing. Super friendly and skillful staff!
I usually frequent these place as I work in the same parking lot I’ve ordered the same thing at least 10 times a granola bowl to go, but today when I sat there and opens the Togo containers in the restaurant at the counter I can tell the granola chucks looks very small like the bottom of the bag. and off I asked the young lady if they changed their granola she replied no I said well this looks like a very small portion and that it looks like I got the end of the bag I showed her what I was looking at and she replied I put a lot in there bluntly and nonchalantly, zero customer service the blue berries were also soggy and they’re were very dark brown bananas in my bowl a very very unpleasant experience as someone who frequents there so doesn’t many of my co workers very very horrible customer service
I absolutely adore these coffee shops, I go way out of my way to go there because their coffee is delicious! The decor is adorable and everyone is always so nice. The Vancouver kitchen shop is always one of my favorite places to work and have lunch.
I love this coffee shop! It has the best decor and the staff goes out of their way to get to know you. I always feel welcome and love having client meetings in this space!
