I should have looked at reviews before stopping here. I have always loved Popeyes but rarely ever go, maybe once or twice a year.First issue was waiting in the drive thru forever not moving. I decided to use my phone to look at the menu to save some time once I did get to the screen. Decided what I wanted and get up there only to be told it was no longer on the menu yet it was right there on the screen and large posters on the windows of the building. Fine I will take this then (also on menu) told again it's no longer sold. It's ended up settling on something I was not even there for. For my daughter I was just getting tenders and stuff.Finally we get to the window and the workers are rude, after handing my food they didn't wait to shut the window and just turn around standing there. No checking if I need anything else, not confirming if I got everything etc, just flat out ignoring. I almost said some words and gave some gestures but drove off instead. Find that they gave half my daughters food on top of charging me for the wrong meal. I haven't written many reviews lately with my busy life but being such a lousy experience I was impelled to do so today.This experience has turned me away from doing business with Popeyes for any foreseeable future. I feel like customer service has gone to complete trash yet these people want to make professional wages.
Took a long time for them to get our order ready. Slowest Popeyes I have been to. Then they charge you extra for the sauce and when I get my order they didn’t put the sauce in that they charged me extra for. Also the bathrooms need a serious cleaning. If you can wear a mask to ensure your customers don’t get sick don’t you think you should clean the bathrooms? Wouldn’t recommend!
After being asked to wait an extra 10 min for tenders as part of my order, the staff incorrectly filled my order with reg bone in chicken. Realizing this when I reached in to for a piece on the road, as hungry as I was, I then called the store and dealt with 'poor excuse for an assistant manager'Kaile. I wouldn't have minded just keeping the bone in chicken this time had it been ALL dark meat. I expected to just go back to the store, get my tenders and be done with it. I figured that the several small pieces of chicken that I could eat would be compensation for the time-30 min drive, expense AND inconvenience of having to return due to staff error. However, after an upsetting phone conversation, Kaile proceeded to demand the chicken (which was to be thrown out anyway, I hope) in exchange for my tenders. While trying to explain directly to her the unfairness, she slammed the drive-thru window in my face and locked it. Had I wanted to make trouble, I could've and would've gone into the store and made a scene. But that wasn't the point. After the wait, the drama and the disrespect, I reached for a tender....they were cold.Thank you Kaile, for setting an example to your staff of what NOT to do. Without people who think like you, we can be a better society.
Pretty standard Popeyes! Just watch your orders before you leave as they’ll often be missing one item. This location does surprisingly well otherwise though; they are pretty quick and food tastes like it was freshly made consistently.
Long line outside can't go in to pick up my order an coworkers just having a blast inviting their friends to come in until they get off of work. Constantly go back in the kitchen and come back out with food. Customers was waiting outside the door. The red Saturn vehicle was disrespectful to the Customer as they missed his large Mac and cheese. The guy told him he's off and lobby is closed and to get back in line as the cars are backed up. Short staff and always a long wait.
The spicy chicken sandwich was like eating a taco bell mild sauce packet and the fries don't get me started bro there was like two and the bag they came in was smaller then a bag of doritos. I'd rather pay someone so I can eat a whole mustard bottle then go to this popyes.
What $30+ gets you! The Family MealThis is a heads up to everyone before you drive off with your order you should check it…I ordered the 8 piece family meal and I received. 4 drumsticks 1 wing, 2 thighs1 breast!Whoever help me Surely didn’t know the parts of the chicken.
So, lots of mixed reviews here. I'm sure mostly due to staffing, which can't really be helped. Today, I got there when they opened and they were, indeed, open. Looked right staffed to me. Pleasant person at the window. Maybe took a couple of minutes for my order. Order correct. Can't ask for much more! Tried one of the new fish sandwiches. Quite good. And, of course, one chicken.
Bad attitude! They forgot to give me the whole order. Make me drive back to pickup,wait in the line again and waste my time. When I try to tell the cashier to take good care of the order next time, she cut me said well everyone makes mistakes and shut the window in front of my face! Her mistake made my daughter had no time to eat lunch before picking up her brother! What the service!
The food was very good the service was excellent the drive-through was very long so I don't know what to say or do about that but it just kind of told me that was a very popular restaurant I've been going to Popeyes for a long time it's a very good if you like Southern or Cajun type chicken you're going to like Popeyes
