They forgot my chicken on my doordash order. I only received one small side and biscuit, my drink was pure soda water when i ordered coke. Really upset. This place is usually good but now I have to wait for a refund and dont want to order again. it costs money to tip these drivers so you basically cost me 10 bucks for nothing and want me to pay another $10 tip for the next driver when I repeat my order that I have to hope the same employees get right the second time. Its really lame and you should make it right.
Staff is always excellent at every location I deal with...the food however ..leaves ALOT to be desired...
Awful restaurant. Ordered three chicken sandwiches and came away with Fish. If they can't tell chicken from fish do you want them preparing your food? Owner, manager, employee, fail at every level to get the right thing in the bag.
I'm only giving 2 stars because of the ridiculous prices.. I'm so disappointed. I really loved their red beans and rice. So I ordered a large along with my friends 3 piece meal..$19 and change!!!!!!! What happened????? I got home and took out the "large " red beans and rice. No. What do the smaller sizes look like??Omg!! This cant be right.. $5.99 for a (what they think is a large).cant do it. Won't do it again.
For the first time the service was quick, too bad you have to tell the drive thru staff 4 times what you want to order and then give them your order again when you get to the window
I ordered a 16 piece family meal and four spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive thru. I didn’t receive my 8 biscuits and I didn’t get a receipt. This is horrible service in my opinion. How many orders go through the drive thru daily? This is a daily routine for your employees. Management is at fault for poor training and failure to oversee that these issues do not happen. There are no excuses for this issue. Sorry Popeyes, I will not be returning to your establishment. I also read previous reviews regarding failure to give a receipt. This has obviously been an ongoing issue.
First time trying Popeyes, got a 10 piece family meal with fries. Not terrible, but disappointing. Chicken could've spent a bit more time in the fryer, fries a little bland. I'll probably try a different location some other time, just to be fair. Also I must say they do have some very tasty dipping sauces.
I highly recommend downloading the app and using it to order rather than going inside. Even if you use the app and select pickup, you're still going to likely have to wait because they've been very short staffed. As an added bonus, you get points in the app that you can use to get free stuff. Also they usually have several offers that are very similar to their menu items but substantially cheaper, so you'll save quite a bit of cash too.
Best food ever!! Also appreciated the Manager Jose who was very helpful when my order got confusing.
