Ordered nearly $80 worth of food… after 1.5 hours called and was told the delivery driver “couldn’t get ahold of us”??? We were in our living room waiting for food, phone on hand… manager Amanda got food discounted but had no explanation for the non-delivery. Received a call almost 20 minutes later asking for card info again? Spoke to Amanda - food has not been started because they need my card info AGAIN… told her to just forget it. Ridiculously bad customer service, low staffing blamed but low staffing affects my industry as well and we don’t use excuses for poor customer service… I won’t be ordering from this store again. Extremely disappointed. Going to bed hungry.
Great staff. Placed an online order. Got there when it was supposed to be ready and it was! Customer service was good too.
Good location -- nearby the velvet acres and right on time! Re. buffalo sauce is moderately spicy and it's puuuurfect. Mill Plain was too extremely spicy. Thanks for cookin' the well done! I'd definitely order over there again for my parents!
I have ordered from this location before. But, I had always found the pizza a bit oily/greasier than it should be. So, I hadn't ordered from them in a long time. I thought I'd give them a try since I hadn't ordered from them in ages. Someone or something has changed for the better. The pizza now tastes the way I remember it without the excess oil/grease. The staff there is much more personable than before as well. I'm happy as this Pizza Hut location is very close and convenient for me.
This is why we stuck through the rough times with this restaurant; out last 3 orders were catastrophic, but last night everything was perfect like we came to expect over the years! Friendly phone service, fast delivery, fantastic delivery etiquette (they called to confirm out unit #), hot food, and to top it all the pizza was perfectly done! Keep up the amazing work!
I ordered 3 pizzas with extra marinara sauce but unfortunately didn’t receive it. Also the local deal doesn’t include pan crust as an option for $2 more. So the pizzas were ok but are usually better.
I got a message that said pick up order was ready and we waited an additional 17 minutes for our order to be brought out. Then it was incorrect. We did not receive the breadsticks with the pasta we ordered.
I ordered my pizza at the wrong Pizza Hut. The issue was dealt with fast and easy, and was helped by nice customer service
Ordered the box. =2 pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. Tipped generously. Got notified that order was out for delivery. (The store is 7 min from house) over 1hr and 20min later I call and they are all laughing and say that it’s been delivered and if the driver comes back to the store they can ask him what happened to the pizzas. And if I wanted it delivered again. They said they could remake it and have it redelivered but it would be 45min to 1hr. No priority. WILL NOT ORDER THERE EVER AGAIN!
Order was late for pickup, very little sauce, more mushrooms than meat, huge chunks of onion. Overall just a bad pizza.
