The new spicy pizza was SO good. And the delivery was very fast.

My order was a hour late getting here I was charged a 3.00 tender fee I did not add a tip but was also charged 3.00 for a tip your delivery fees are way to high. So for a medium pizza I paid 31.00 not ok
Employees were not wearing masks, including cashier named Flynn. While being behind a glass panel to separate from the customers helps, the fact that the employee is also handling food without a mask was disappointing. I will not return to this store.
Well, I got three pizzas to have some weeknight variety. A thin crust, a pan pizza, and a hand tossed. None were good, and all for different reasons. The pan pie had little to no sauce and the toppings (cheese included) had slid 1/2 way off the crust. The hand tossed pizza was undercooked and had an odd taste to the dough. The thin crust pie was dry and overcooked. All 3 were also cold when they arrived. I am not sure how you go about fixing that, but I can say that I was largely disappointed in paying over $40 for three pizzas and enjoying none of them. In short, it was bad all around.
There needs to be quality control before orders leave the store. The cinnabar rolls and bread sticks were overcooked. What I received was not what the TV ad shows for the Treat Box. The price was not worth what was delivered. Very disappointed ?
Something went wrong, and the young lady explained what happened and was willing to fix it and credit my account. She was very nice and smiled the whole time
Easy online ordering. My order was ready just in time according to the online notice. Great customer service at this location.
I love the the cinnabon mini rolls, my favorite things ever. They only take 10 - 12mins to make so if they arent busy and you can tell their not doing anything, or taking longer they ain't trying. I realized they are just college students but they were in front of me talking to each other after "asking me if I needed my order taken" and me responding "im picking up my rolls that should have been done already." (15-20 mins of waiting at an empty pizza hut) and they went into the back and kept talking after about 5 mins of standing there the guy who took my order noticed me and handed them to me I just didnt understand why it took so long to just hand it and then resume the conversation.
