Pho broth is great. Plenty of flavor. Not as much protein as others places but the broth made up for this.

This place was exactly what I was looking for! It's a lot like looking for a good massage, for most people, just getting touched is great, but the more you get, the more you want it to be really great. And just like massage, it's the whole package, from the food to the staff to the decor.Pho Le hit it right on all points. I love the plants that lend a feeling of personal opulence, like being in my own little jungle. It adds a great atmosphere as well as giving some privacy from other diners.I loved the flowers on the table. I loved the choice of condiments at the front table. I loved the little pocket store off to the side. In short, it was the set up for a perfect date.When the Bun Cari Ga (Curry soup) arrived and was slide in front of me it was like bells going off! I mean it was beautiful! A thing of wonder and delight. The color was like the gold of dreams with unknown depths and tantalizing mystery. And it was perfect from first sip to last slurp. It was complicated and just slightly sweet with a perfect umami mouth feel.The people in this neighborhood have a treasure in their midst. I could see what looked like a lot of regulars hunkering down for their afternoon love fest. It's a long way from my usual haunts, particularly with the ridiculous big truck with its awful milage, but certain things are worth the trip. There is an old buddhist saying about the longer the journey, the more important the destination. Arrive. Relax. Satiate.
So delicious. I get the vegetable pho and the broth is just so amazingly good. Beautiful decor, I love the plants in here. Amazing customer service I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
First, we ordered a vegetarian Pho and a chicken Pho. The vegetarian soup had very few veggie and no flavor. The Chicken Pho was a little better but very little flavor too.What had me more bothered was the fact that the cook was not wearing a mask. We will not be back.

Consistently good PHO...repeat customer. Service is VERY fast.Only negative is they need to clean the condiment bottles...Sriracha & Hoisin sauce bottles were funky on top...very unappealing.
