Been eating here since it was on Burton and they have consistently been my favorite place to eat in Vancouver since . I did not even like cheesesteaks until I had one from Bilmos and it opened my eyes . If I am having a bad day or things Are just not going well I can come here get a sandwich and it takes my head to a completely different space . Hope they stay around forever !

Food is always great, service is always great. I've been going here for at leas t 5 years probably closer to 10 and have NEVER had a bad experience. That kind of consistency deserves 5 stars.

The worst Philly that I have had on the west coast so far. It was a soggy disaster of a sandwich with very little flavor, very little toppings, and very little quality.Seriously irritated with how bad it was given the glowing reviews here.

Absolutely delicious cheesesteaks! My wife and I went here for a lunch. I ordered a loaded Bilmo cheese steak and she got a traditional. With fries and a drink for each our order came out to almost $40. Definitely spendy, but was one of the best cheese steaks I have had. We ordered a canolli for dessert afterwards that was pretty dang good as well. Definitely look forward to returning here.

I’ve been eating here for a few years after a trip to Philadelphia. I wanted to find the best authentic cheese steak I could get locally and I’m sooo glad I found this place. Amazing eats & great staff!

5 stars hands down.. You can tell it's going to be good just by the smell walking in. It was busy for lunch time and was about a 15 minute wait but the cashier said it hadn't been that busy in ages. So I'm glad they're getting the business. It was worth the wait, I got the original with fries and it was warm and melty and delicious. Didn't take any pictures because I was hungry and it was that good. I'll go back for sure!

I really love the food here! The quality is high, the prices are lower but sometimes the customer service is also lower... the last few times I've dined in the cashier was clearly in need of a break, a vacation or a different place of employment altogether. The portion sizes are mostly great for the price point and I also must add that these are by far the best cheesesteaks I've had outside of the east coast! The place is definitely worth a visit!! Although, I would highly encourage the management to take some time and train the younger employees on the do's and don'ts of good customer service; everyone benefits from this!

Delicious subs! Friendly, prompt, service. This shop smelled amazing!

I typed a really long review that just showcased my brain doing what it does "best" but I deleted it and decided to try to just get to the point.Really I'm writing this review because we sat not far from the counter and we watched and listened to how Lance (I asked for his name so I could use it in this review) interacted with customers. He greeted several customers by their name and asked if they wanted "the usual." Overall the entire crew we saw interacting was nothing short of awesome. 100% not a fan of the prices but 200% understand rising costs and BEEF ISN'T CHEAP - but this place is worth it if you can afford it.Thanks Lance for letting us watch your high-quality customer service.

I’m always happy with my food from here. I’ve ordered a ton and the flavor and quality is great. Only a time or two out of over 20 orders. There has been one or two pieces of gristle or whatever in the sandwich, but that says a lot with how many times I’ve gone and how much meat there is in their good sized sandwiches. Thank you for the quality work.
