Best coffee hands down in Vancouver. Friendly and responsive staff. No wait, clean bathrooms, nice place to meet and have a coffee or tea.
Sabrina, the supervisor at this location is the reason choose to come here vs other locations. She is exceptional at taking care of clients. The coffee is great, and the staff, especially Sabrina, makes the experience perfect.
Peet's is the only place that makes my drink good and I've been coming here often for about two years on a regular basis. However, recently within the last 2 to 3 weeks their quality has gone way down . My drink has been cold and so was my son's and I always ask for no foam and it's full of foam each time . It may just be the new employees that could have transferred from the other Peet's because before the same people I always saw when they worked my drink was top notched and they cares about the quality. Seems like the new person only cares about quickness. I'd rather have a good drink then to get it fast . I'm so bummed. ?
I love this place, so sad to see they are not open on weekends right now. Hopefully they open back up soon!!!

I like their coffee, a lot actually, though there are many other good coffee places in the area that I personally prefer. I must say that their blended drinks do stand out to me as great. Today I got a pumpkin spice latte, which was pretty good for the coming autumn season. While service at this Peet's location is always nice and I've never received a drink with mistakes, they're pretty slow in distributing drinks, even when they have a pretty solid amount of members in their team. They do get a regular stream of business, though I think their waits are a lot longer compared to other places, and I'm not sure why that is.
District manager James is a great leader and very empathetic
Will not correct a drink if they have it wrong. They will make you pay for it.
