I love my pcp! I have followed her to this clinic. But over the years the clinic has got so big they left their patients behind. I am saddens to say that I have been trying to get in with her three times recently (but several times over the last year)and have been reschedule. A chronic problem that was acting up again has not even addressed due to issues with the scheduling department not due to my pcp.It is with a heavy heart that I am looking elsewhere. I wish that Peace Health as a whole valued their patients as much as my provider does. After 18 years it will be difficult to trust a new pcp, but when you cannot get in to see her what else are you going to do.I even got a message in my peace health from a staff member saying they can’t leave a message on my cell phone. Well I have provided three numbers for myself and signed to leave a message on each line. But regardless if you can leave a message saying you can’t leave a message, don’t you think you can leave a message there saying what you need to tell me?It is a shame such good doctors have to deal with a large company that doesn’t care about your well being.
We’ve been waiting for about two hours! They put deaf & disabled patient last and put hearing ableism people ahead of us. I was trying ask them why are we waiting so long?, they ignore us and telling us go back to the line. Really?!Zero tolerance of discrimination and oppression! I’m going to find us a better family clinic.
"Administrative mess" is the only phrase I can think of that adequately sums up this review. Aside from another location canceling an appointment and not notifying us until we had already driven halfway across town, this location changed policies and didn't notify us that only one parent can go in with a child. We both showed up. Only one of us was allowed to go in. So, we gave them another chance. We messaged ahead of time and asked if we could both go in at the next appointment a few months later. The answer was yes. They unapologetically told us at the appointment that only one could go in. All told, Peacehealth has wasted hours of our collective time and I won't go back. Pandemic or not, administration and customer service is uncoordinated and outright disrespectful of customers' time

Even though I had to change my primary care doctor at first, I can say without reservation that I have total trust for all my regular care people. I feel that my care providers are super capable, that my well being is important to them, and I am always treated with respect.
I love my Dr, she's amazing. The staff is always helpful and they do great work!
I’ve tried to schedule multiple appointments here to get an IUD placed. And twice now, my appointment had been cancelled and the one time I was actually able to get into the doctor’s office, the doctor wasn’t comfortable enough to place the IUD and I had to reschedule yet again. The MA I had that day as well was really unprofessional... talking badly about coworkers right in front of me. Just made the whole experience really awkward. I’ll now be going to another clinic... I’ve now been without birth control for over 3 months.
RUDE call center staff. Just tried twice now to make an appointment as a new patient and was told my insurance has to “assign” me to this clinic. ????? I pay for insurance so that I can choose my physician/clinic. After calling my insurance company, I was told the woman I spoke with on the phone (Stacy) from PeaceHealth basically lied to me and that I don’t need to be “assigned” anywhere. I will be in contact tomorrow as soon as they open to get this straightened out. Apart from lying to me, Stacy seemed extremely agitated from the moment she answered my phone call. HOPEFULLY my experiences with PeaceHealth going forward will be better than this. Considering this was the FIRST time I had any contact with them, it’s not looking good.
