These guys are so rude. I called because I was running behind and wanted to let them know. Jenelle answered the phone I told her my issue. All I was looking for was a simple reassurance that my pizza would still be fresh. She then cuts me off in the middle of my follow up question then says “we’ll just see you when you get here!” An hangs up the phone. Never in life will I order from this place again. I get that we’re all going through things but at the end of the day just be kind to people.
This location always gives me the best pricing! You HAVE to try the stuffed crust!

My son loves Papa John's pizza. Rarely have mix-ups. Great manager, and great staff. A lot of really fast, polite and friendly delivery drivers.
Staff were nice and friendly but took more time then i expected to get the pizza. But the food was good.
The food was hot and the quality was great. Our delivery driver was very friendly.
As far as corporate pizzas go Papa John's is top notch. I come to the Fourth Plain location because they do a better job then the other corporate store in Vancouver and the franchise stores don't accept Papa John's coupons.
I would never place an order from any fast food chains again. Last Sunday my boy and I had their pizza for dinner. We both got terrible stomach pain and diarrhea. we just had the pizza, nothing else. I complained about it, but they said they haven't heard any issue like that from other countries. Does anyone have got same problems?
Managed to charge us $300 for 10 pizzas but then “didn’t have our order” when trying to pick it up. Trying to ask a question resulted in them just hanging up the phone because…I guess they didn’t have a suitable answer? Avoid at all costs.
I just got sick from food poisoning. I would never get anything from papa John!
