Order three pizzas for my nephew's birthday party. He was turning six got a text message saying the pizza was ready arrived to pick it up sat in the lobby for at least 10 minutes at which point I was given the three pizzas that we ordered silly me I didn't check them and upon arriving at my nephew's birthday party I find out that I have arrived without his pizza I got two pepperonis instead of the pizza that we ordered so we had to call them and while everybody else ate my nephew waits for his pizza to show up because they did deliver it after we called them however that's not the point the point is my six-year-old nephew didn't get his birthday dinner as he had wished- I don't like that. so, I should have checked the pizza I guess but they should have got my order right so just giving him a so-so on that so I do appreciate that they delivered it and I believe they waive the delivery fee but that would be expected given the fact that the mistake was theirs so.
Pizza is good but went to pay and handed them a $50 for my order that was $32 and change and was told they can't take it because they don't keep $16 in their safe for change back...... So if you order from the location off off 117th dont pay cash
Worst place to order from. Left me and my children sitting at the dinner table waiting for pizza. When I called they told me that they went to a dentist office to deliver my pizza, but that was not my address. Rude management, didn't even try to fix their mistake. Will never use their services again. I will stuck to pizza hut who actually know how to follow directions to get someone their food. (BTW they never left the store to deliver because I put that I will pay cash instead of card)
Staff are Friendly. you can track the pizza status on app or web. They also offer discount codes from time to time. I recommend.
I love this papa johns location! Super clean and friendly staff. Jordan took my order and made my pizzas, he’s so professional!! I love the way he tosses the dough in the air. Would recommend 10/10 especially if Jordan takes your order ?
Not the worst experience. Not the best. I ordered online. And then called in asking for buffalo swirls on my pizzas, since online doesn't list that as an option to put. Last three times I've called asking for the swirls, I've been told no problem. And then received my pizzas with no buffalo swirls. It's just kinda annoying honestly. The pizzas don't taste bad. But considering how expensive papa John's is, comparing to other pizza joints, and they can never seem to make the pies right. It just never seems worth it.. I hardly order papa John's for a reason. Over priced and customers requests no matter how simple can't seem to be honored.

This place is awesome! The manager, Kim, is so pleasant and patient with customers. The food was amazing too, their carry out specials make the deal even sweeter.They are under new ownership and it’s for the better. 100% recommended!
I've not eaten Papa John's in long time because it is not conveniently near my house. I was nearby thought I'd drop in. Pleasantly surprised. Middle of the road for all parts. That's what I paid for. I will go there again. $24 fed my family of four with leftovers. Thanks Papa John's
Usually I've had a great experience with this store. There was a delay in my order so I called to get an update. They said they were short staffed, which I totally understand, but after the person who answered the phone said they were short staffed, they hung up on me.
