We ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich and soup. The sandwich was thick bread, lettuce, tomato slices, and about a tablespoon of chicken salad on each half. The quality in this store has gone way down. More expensive, AND much smaller portions to boot. My husband talked to someone there about the sandwich quality, and their only comment was, oh sorry, you should have brought it back and we would have re-made it for you. Also, this is a BREAD store, but we were informed that they were out of bread as a side, and croutons for the soup. This store is poorly managed. We have given it several passes, but we are done!
Disappointed. For the 3rd time in a row the soup was barely warm. Why? Today I was there, possibly for the last time. I had the chicken n wild rice soup. Absolutely excellent flavor, absolutely not heated adequately.. My friend had the tomato soup with the same experience. Good soup, bad temperature. The last 2 times I had cold French onion soup. Unacceptable.
They left the bread bowl out of my curbside order. Not a huge deal but when they brought it to me they gave me an uncut breadbowl. I’ve never had a Panera not cut the middle out. The soup was fine, but something was really lacking with the bread. Taste and texture was off. The guy who brought the food was friendly, so that’s a plus. But the food just wasn’t great like I have always found at other Paneras.
Went to the location on 164th and placed my order for two sandwiches to go. When I got home, the label on each sandwich was correct to my order, but when my wife opened the wrapper on the turkey, avocado, blt, it was some type of chicken salad that she didn't like. It's disappointing that the staff cannot pay attention to detail and get a simple order right.
I paid $10 for a sandwich and it has barely anything in it other than lettuce and 2 tomato slices. The staff was nice but this place is a complete waste of money. I feel like I just paid $10 for two slices of bread.
The staff is really and truly amazing. Went there tonight right at close. They bent over backwards for me and were so kind even though they were trying to get home before the roads got bad. I am very appreciative.....
We just order Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwiches.Neither sandwich had any taste!No taste to the chicken and no taste to the Special Sauce.The bread was the only thing with any flavor.Very unsatisfactory.Do not know what got changed.
I ordered a bread bowl and they gave me the tiniest bit of Mac with it. The bowl was completely solid and I couldn’t eat any of it. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Didn’t get any cream cheese and the bagel was completely solid as if it had been left out for days. It was very crunchy and tasted odd. Would never order again.
Ordered a Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake and two Pastry Rings to have for Christmas morning. Very disappointed in both. The Coffee cake was advertised as $15.99 the rings were $9.49 each on the app. When I ordered it over the phone as I was preordering them a week in advance, they were priced at $19.99 for the Coffee Cake and $14.99 for the Rings. What in the World, really? I was told it was due to costs varying in different areas for ingredients. Then in another breath they told me they ordered them in and did not make them inhouse. What? The coffee cake was horrible, I know that there is better for less. The Pastry Rings were not even a light and flaky phyllo dough style, they were more of a dense cinnamon roll type. very unappatizing. Totally ruined our Christmas morning breakfast. I couldn't even get my kids to eat them. Nothing like throwing away $50
Very disappointed. Stood there for 27 mins (I was first in line) and not a single employee said “we will be right with you”. Wouldn’t even look at me. Including someone who was wearing a polo shirt (manager?) I had to ask someone if they could take my order and they never even looked up. Long line behind me with several people upset and walking out. When I was finally able to order, I asked for a Baja bowl with chicken. The bowl was only 1/3 way full of it’s no beans, tomatoes and only ONE slice of chicken that was about 1.5 inches long. I also asked for no dairy as my throat closes up and they put cheese and sour cream on it. Got out of my car and waited another 24 mins and was not even greeted again. Threw food away and walked out.
