The Napa chicken salad sandwich is all lettuce and a couple pieces of chicken..its not a chicken salad at all. How they can serve this for $15 in good faith is beyond me. A complete ripoff!

I never leave reviews but I made an exception for this location. Ridiculously rude. The red haired manager through a tantrum in the drive through. Ended up leaving because she slammed the window shut after saying we couldn't order at the window. She should get a new job. I feel sorry for her employees. Ps I love all other Panera locations.

Open at 6am still don't have soup available at 10am.... take it off the menu then so I don't drive over here for something I can't have.Chicken sandwich was trash lettuce is limp and sandwich was dry I think it's supposed to have some kind of sauce on it as the picture shows but this sandwich I was given looks nothing like the picture I see nothing but a piece of chicken and limp lettuce. Should have just left when I was told there is no soup.I'd say based on my experience and the reviews this place needs new management.

I ordered online through Google, order was confirmed, money collected. When I arrived I had a notification that "something went wrong" and I needed to contact the store. I got there, explained the situation, and they didn't have my order. The only option I was given was to pay for the food a SECOND time and then sit around and wait for them to get around to making it (drive thru takes priority). Oh wait. They offered me a .99 pastry as an afterthought. So now I have to pick a fight with Google or Panera corporate for a refund of my magically disappearing order.Just make the food. It would've cost the business pennies in profit to make this right, but instead they just shrug and say not their problem.I don't need a manager to waste 20 min explaining I have to pay for it AGAIN, I just want my lunch.

You are only able to order online instead of over the phone. It is completely inconvenient. I wanted to order from there so that they could donate some money to my child’s elementary school but that won’t work. Plus we don’t really have the time to go there and order and wait for them to make it. No longer convenient to eat here. If I can order over the phone like 90 percent of other places and I could see going there again. Plus it costs to much to remove conveniences like ordering over the phone.

Food is good but my husband told them twice that we could not have any tomatoes on the salad and made sure they heard him correctly. Then they sent him home with more tomatoes than usual. We are lucky tomatoes just make my family very sick and it is not a deadly allergy. Very frustrating as if we did not check our food very well I would have two young children screaming in pain tonight.

Always good, always fresh. Excellent soups, salads, and sandwiches! I always buy a loaf of fresh sourdough bread to go. It is so good! Their pastries are the bomb, too!

I drove through and ordered salads. The young lady at the window got the order wrong but I corrected her when she told me the price. She never asked if I had a Panera rewards number. She spent the whole time I was at the window with her back to me. POOR customer service at approximately 6:15 pm on 3/26/22. The reason I gave this any stars at all was because the salads were amazing

I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich without chicken and i get home and of course there is chicken on it!! So I called and lady said there is nothing she can do without a receipt… I was never given a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. So because of their mistake I got NO food and charged $15 for nothing! What a terrible experience! I loved Panera but I won’t be going back if they can’t even make their TWO wrong doings right.UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 star to 3 because I was given a refund (even though I had to call many times and then had to make a trip back in) and corporate sent me a few coupons. I probably will be using those coupons at a different location as this one was very disorganized, they apparently have many managers and to get anything done you need to call and talk to each of them separately because they all seem to need approval for a $15 refund from someone else. Either way I got the refund and corporate tried to make it right.

Poor service my husband walked in no greeting stood there for 5 min nothing saw manager sitting in booth talking to someone but nothing. He left went through drive through and got service but then asked if he wanted the receipt in bag he said but got the bag no receipt. Luckily he didn’t leave went to someplace else .
