Service is slow at times, but they always go to town on servings. Seems like everytime we go though, we consistently do not feel great after eating the food at this location.
Only had drive-thru, always a long line = fresh food = deliciousness. Tip: Don't get the vegetable egg rolls as a selection on your plate. Get them separately; they are cheaper that way
Staff seems very confused as to what was what. No orange chicken, so we knew we had to wait. Then they forgot to give us our meal when it was ready. Had to go and hunt them down to get our food. As for the food, the chicken was hot, but the rice was barely warm as it had sat for 15+ minutes. The rice was clumpy, over cooked and tasteless. The chow mein was greasy and the noodles were in bits and pieces. No forks, no fortune cookies had to ask for chop sticks. Not a good experience.
A fast food version of Chinese food. It's pretty good food when you're wanting something quick. Noodles were a bit under cooked this time. The place was busy and they were turning over allot of food
We enjoy this location Panda Express. We can't always get here. It is the best one in Vancouver WA.
TLDR: it's Panda. Orange chicken. This was my first time going through a Panda Express Drive Thru. Simple, Fast, Efficient. I was mesmerized by the drive through flippy window mechanics compared to a normal side slider, haha.Menu: straightforward and simple. Same ol' same ol' panda items.Orange Chicken: I don't know about you but I never leave without a red box of the goods! I went around 11:30am and managed to get a fresh batch. Yum!To Go items come with fortune cookies.
Would have saved myself 25 minutes by ordering in line or by drive through instead of doing an online order. Their online process is clearly not working. Ended up getting the food 25 minutes after I arrived at pick up time and talked to an employee.
I have been to this place lots of times customer service is great! So was today, except I got the least meat ever
This location is usually our go to, but the last few times have not been great. The staff are completely unorganized when there is a rush instead of manning their own stations they're running around bumping into each other. I asked how long the honey walnut would take and the staff member asked a cook and the cook gave him a nasty look and response. I felt bad that he had to put up with that kind of attitude from another team member on top of the angry customers who already picked their food but couldn't pay because the other cashier was on break during the dinner rush (about 6:20). The other cashier was dealing with another fuming customer which held up the line. When I worked in a restaurant, you don't get a break during the rush periods and there were two members who were on break during the 25 minutes it took to get our food. It's not fair to their teammates and makes for more frustrated customers which in turn adds fuel to the chaos that is this location.
Exceeded expectations. Large portions for the price, along with friendly service. 5 stars.
